★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went to this shop because we wanted to get some packing cubes for our upcoming trip. My husband didn't have a mask, so I went inside and asked if they could give a mask to my husband. My husband stayed outside, waiting with our 7-month-old baby in the pram. It was raining outside. One of the personnel, a young blondish guy, told me to wait, quite impolitely, after showing him that this was for my husband, who was outside with our baby. He made us wait for a few minutes, instead of just reaching for a mask behind the cashier. In the end, we just left. My husband never got the mask and could not get in.
We had never had this problem before in a grocery store or any other shop (this has happened a few times since corona started).
Very, very impolite, and just rude, especially to a couple with a small baby!!
One can get all of this online but one comes for a personal service and gets this!!??
I will shop online form now on!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You buy something at the online store and get a day after a call, that the item is not available anymore, however you could get an alternative for a "good price". The "good price" is double the first offer. This might increase sales, but is rather unfriendly towards any client.
