★ ★ ★ ★ ★ everything looks very nice inside. prices are way too high though. i just wanted to get rid of the squeak of my brakes. so they suggested to exchange the brake disks and pads.
in addition the team successfully talked me into unnecessary "repairs" (replacing all bowden cables, chain and cassette) which is also not so bad if they would have fixed/repaired things as promised.
a few days later they called to tell me that they cant find a fitting brake disc and need to get a special one with an adapter.
when i came to get my bike back i tried it and the squeak was still there when braking. in addition now the rear brake also squeaks. the bike felt odd form the beginning. the shifting works now much worse than it was before (despite new chain+cassette).
in total i can only tell you that there are much much better places to get your bike fixed in vienna.

We arrived at the shop shortly before its closing time in the hope of purchasing 2 bike bags to get our bikes home by plane the next day (a National holiday). Whilst the shop did not sell bike bags, the owner kindly scrounged up two bike boxes and packing material. This was the second shop we tried in the neighbourhood, and the only only one in which we a met friendly response interested in helping us address our needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nice and centric, and the people is quite gentle (only reason I’m putting 2 stars and not one). They have a nice selection of good quality bikes, of which I got interested in a particular model. After telling me that they had run out of stock for that bike in my size, they told me that they were getting a new shipment during the next week and they committed to call me when they had the bike in stock again.
After two weeks without any news, I sent them an email and they told me that they were still waiting for the shipment. More than a month has passed and I am still waiting to hear from them. I already bought another bike online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been buying and getting bikes repaired at the Bicycle Company for many years and have always been impressed at the speed, price and friendliness of the service. These guys know bikes and will not oversell. The selection is not huge but what they have is excellent. The only thing I don't understand is why they close at lunch when people would like to drop off their bikes.
