M	Marjan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: I'va always worried about arrival time that somebody would be there to give me key but now you can take Cardkey from machine in anytime.The location is the best for 2 important reason: 1)It's very close to metro(u2) and the u2 is one of the good line which you can easy access to anywhere you want.2)It's close to stadion center that have many shop store for example merkur,muller,dm.... Negative: You must pay extra charge for using sauna For 1 hour 10 €.

Train service in Vienna 2nd to none, purchased weekly ticket for 17.50 euro Train every 5-7 minutes highly recommend using train.. Negative: for our 19 night stay, not enough washing machines, couch not comfortable, no air conditioning.

You can unknowingly break them down when someone comes in the apartment and someone else leaves bathroom. In my situation the mirror cut my finger and they took 100 euro for repair. They put you in the danger and they want money for it.
R	Raluca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Would highly recommend. Good location, very quiet, near green Prater, bus stop and subway. Rooms are large, beds comfortable, even the pull-out couch. Furniture is well maintained, amenities as well. The entire building is very clean. Stayed there for one month, and as long as you know what to expect, the stay is more than pleasant. It is not a typical hotel, you have to clean the room yourself, change the beds and towels. The lady at the reception is very friendly and helpful - you can ask whatever you need and she will accommodate. For example, there were no bed side lamps in the bedroom, we asked and got them. Just make sure to observe the office hours. She is not there the entire day. Checking in outside the office hours is not a problem, there is a hotelomat in the lobby which works just fine. The pool is a very nice bonus, especially in the hot summer. Must mention the extremely clean water, the pool gets cleaned every morning.. Negative: No air conditioning; depending on the weather, it can get quite hot during summer. They have floor fans available, though..
