E	Edith Bauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliche und kompetente MitarbeiterInnen war gerade dort, um ein Passfoto machen zu lassen, wir kennen ja alle den Moment, wenn wir eines machen lassen und wie ein Schwerverbrecher aussehen und die junge blonde freundliche Dame hat sogar mehrere Fotos von mir gemacht und hat mir dann geholfen, das beste von ihnen auszusuchen. Sie hat sich wirklich Zeit für mich genommen, hätte ich das erste gleich genommen wäre das eine Sache von 2 Minuten samt Druck geworden ich verstehe die schlechte Bewertung nicht, aber naja, schlechte Tage kann man ja haben^^ Very friendly and competent staff was just there to have a passport photo taken, we all know the moment when we have one made and look like a serious criminal and the young blonde friendly lady even took several photos of me and then helped me get the best of to choose them. She really took the time for me, if I had taken the first one straight away it would have been a matter of 2 minutes including pressure I do not understand the bad rating, but well, you can have bad days ^^

Mit kompetenter Beratung, einer großen Portion Geduld und viel Freundlichkeit wurde mir geholfen, meinen Auftrag ausführen zu können. Vielen Dank an die nette Kundenberaterin. Sehr empfehlenswert! ? A	Anonymer User on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundlich! Als ich der Dame gesagt habe, dass ich Passfotos benötige, konnte ich in ihrem Gesicht lesen, dass sie keine Lust hatte. Sie verdrehte beim Aufstehen sozusagen die Augen. Es wird auch nicht gefragt, ob das Foto in Ordnung ist. Mir wurde die Kamera nur vor meinem Gesicht gedreht - ohne ein Wort zu sagen. Als ich nachgefragt habe, ob wir noch ein zweites Bild machen können, konnte ich ein zweites Mal erkennen, dass die braunhaarige Dame (Mitte 35) einfach keine Lust hatte. Sie sagte kein Wort, ging zwei Schritte zurück um ein zweites Bild zu schießen. Dazu muss ich erwähnen, dass währenddessen zwei Kunden vom Stadioncenter vorbeigehen wollten (Fotos werden vor dem Shop gemacht). Da habe ich ebenso deutlich erkennen können, dass die Mitarbeiterin sehr genervt war (Augen verdreht). Wenn man keine Lust hat, sollte man Zuhause bleiben. Ab jetzt nur noch beim Hartlauer. Da sind die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und es werden sofort ein paar Fotos gemacht, so dass man sich am Ende für ein Bild entscheiden kann. Leider war es dringend und es war kein Hartlauer in meiner Nähe. Eine reine Frechheit und Unverschämtheit für den Preis. NIE WIEDER!!! Very impolite! She didn't say a word, took two steps back to take a second picture. I have to mention that two customers from the stadium center wanted to pass by (photos will be taken in front of the shop). I was also able to see clearly that the employee was very annoyed (rolled eyes). If you don't feel like it, you should stay at home. From now on only at the Hartlauer. The employees are very friendly and a few photos are taken immediately so that you can decide on one picture at the end. Unfortunately it was urgent and there was no Hartlauer around me. A pure cheek and insolence for the price. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Da ich keine Erfahrung in Bildbearbeitung habe wusste ich nicht recht wie ich das angehen soll. Mein Sohn empfahl mir Printshop und ich SCHILDERTE ihnen mein Anliegen. Sie haben mir rasch geantwortet, meine Wünsche verstanden, mich beraten und erklärt sie es am besten realisieren können. Die Aufträge waren im Nu erfüllt. Seitdem ist Printshop mein erster Ansprechpartner wenn es um Sofortdruck geht. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an den Geschäftsführer und seine kompetenten MitarbeiterInnen. I came across Printshop years ago because I needed some stamps, business cards and a sign. Since I have no experience in image editing, I didn't really know how to go about it. My son recommended Printshop to me and I DESCRIBED my concern to them. They answered me quickly, understood my wishes, advised me and explained they could best realize it. The orders were completed in no time. Since then, Printshop has been my first point of contact when it comes to instant printing. Many thanks at this point to the managing director and his competent employees.

Weiters erfolgte eine telefonische Beratung die rasch, sehr freundlich und sehr kompetent durchgeführt wurde. Die Lieferzeit war mit 24 Stunden vereinbart, erfolgte jedoch bereits nach 6 Stunden. Es ist dort nicht ein Mitarbeiter tätig, es ist ein Team und alle waren wie man es sich immer wünschen würde! Ich bin hin und weg vom Gesamterlebnis. Einfach nur perfekt! Danke, ich komme gerne wieder! I ordered 8 different photo coffee mugs by email. Actually a small job. Furthermore, there was a telephone consultation which was carried out quickly, very friendly and very competently. The delivery time was agreed to be 24 hours, but was already after 6 hours. There is not one employee working there, it is a team and everyone was as one would always wish! I'm blown away by the overall experience. Just perfect! Thanks, I'll be back!
