Place is great. New and modern interior design. Clean. Delicios food. Great staff. Next time I visit Vienna I will definitely book this hotel again!

It was really a great experience there especially if you want to play board games with friends. The staff was very polite and prices ok. It wasn't the best Moscow Mule I tasted but still very nice.

The hotel was so cool! The atmosphere was great, i felt like I'm home from the very first moment. The receptionist Alex is amazing and so friendly. We asked her informations about the city and she make us a hole plan for our weekend. I recommend this place absolutely. and the bar-kitchen on the roof

I had the pleasure of staying at Zoku Vienna for a period of 3 weeks for business. The facilities were perfect and very well designed and thought out to accommodate my long stay. The concept of the work hubs, reception and food and beverage areas merging across as co spaces along the top floor worked so well. The lovely Zoku team is fantastic, friendly, helpful and were welcoming throughout my stay. This is the first time I experienced Zoku and I would definitely stay there again and have since been recommending it to others. All the best Zoku Vienna and hope to see you again soon.

I recently stayed at Zoku Vienna for around a month whilst travelling through Europe. My stay was excellent: the rooms (mine was a standard Loft) are very well-designed, with plenty of light and they never felt small or cramped. Although there is a theme park nearby, I heard barely any noise and certainly not to a level that would have disturbed me (note: I had a courtyard-facing room). The furniture seemed of good quality; I had nothing break on me at all. The housekeeping was solid, the location convenient and the price was reasonable. In terms of the more general hotel services, the laundry room in the basement is very simple to use. There's a bar on the top floor with a beautiful terrace that looks out onto Prater, and the food is certainly worthwhile (I had both breakfast and dinner more than once). It feels like they've put a lot of effort into designing the hotel and making the customer experience as good as possible. I could easily have switched hotels during the month if I wanted to (initially I only planned to stay a couple of weeks, but had to extend for unrelated reasons) but I never considered it and just booked an extra few weeks at Zoku. If you're staying for more than a few weeks the hotel will invite you to a biweekly community dinner(s), I went to a couple of them and it was good fun to meet other guests and discover their stories, but I never felt any obligation or pressure to partake in them. The staff (and especially Judith, the community events manager) were friendly and accommodating. If I'm ever back in Vienna I'd be more than happy to stay at Zoku again.

++ A really smart concept for a hotel room ++ We decided to go for a rad trip with a stop in Vienna. We booked a room @ Zoku. Honestly I never spend a night in such a smart room. The room is not that big. But you find there more or less everything you need. - a big and very comfortable bed - small kitchen with dish washer - Dishes and cooking accessories - dining table Sofa with coffee table and TV - a lot of space for luggage and stuff The only reason for giving 4 starts is the price for the parking in the garage. 22€ per day is really heavy ?‍?

I have travelled to many hotel's but Zoku is so much more! I had to stay just one night and conduct some business the next day. I have never felt "more at home" than at Zoku! The staff were nothing but ultra friendly and super helpful. Are you a hotel owner? Go to Zoku and find out how a hotel should be ? I will be back, many times! I will also suggest to anyone I can to stay. When I have to visit Austria with my customers, I have no doubt where to go! 5 stars isn't enough.

Zoku is not just a hotel, but a home. You really feel so cozy and safe the moment you step in. The rooms are very modern with a lot of natural light and the upstairs area is great for hanging out and having a delicious coffee (or a cocktail). All staff members are super friendly and genuinely care about the guests, making sure they’ll have a great experience. I’ve been here twice already and will come back many more times! Zoku - my home away from home!
