Super offers, also house delivery, take also the old mattress for disposal! Very friendly and objectively knowledgable the staff.

Natürlich wurden 2 Abbuchungen getätigt. Danach ewiges in der Filiale warten/ Reklamation da Buchhaltung in Deutschland sitzt. Auskunft wird in den nächsten Tagen zurückverwiesen. Angestellte meinte hätten schon mal so ein Problem. Frechheit .... Be careful if you pay with an ATM! First debit according to kassakraft did not work I had to insert a card a second time. Share my concerns. Of course, 2 direct debits were made. Then wait forever in the branch / complaint because accounting is based in Germany. Information will be referred back in the next few days. Employees said they had such a problem. Cheek ....

Lovable employees, very informative about mattresses and pillows such as blankets, always on hand in all matters with good advice and information.

Für den relativ kleinen Laden recht repräsentative Auswahl. It's perfectly alright. Price / performance is good, if you do not want to be "advised", the service is a bit overcooled. For the relatively small store quite representative selection.

Nun konnte ich es dank der netten Auskunft der Dame des Kundenservices gleich in der Filiale zurückbringen. Die Angestellte im Shop Stadioncenter hat gleich alles sehr freundlich und unkompliziert erledigt, sodass ich das Geld gleich ausbezahlt bekommen habe. Bin daher mit dem Kundenservice sehr zufrieden! I accidentally ordered a product twice instead of just in the online shop. Now I could bring it back thanks to the nice information of the lady of the customer service right in the store. The staff at the Shop Stadioncenter did everything very friendly and uncomplicated, so I got the money paid out right away. I am therefore very satisfied with the customer service!

Absolute Empfehlung Very good and friendly advice for the mattresses, and although I had to reckon with 4-6 weeks delivery time (the mattress was not in stock and had to be manufactured on request), I received it after 3 weeks! Absolute recommendation

Super complaint handling. Branch manager Mrs. L. and employee Mrs. B. were very accommodating and friendly. ?? Small branch, but always a nice selection.
