M	M Hasan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful boutique hotel with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, decent breakfast in the restaurant and a limited but tasty evening menu. The spa facilities are great too. Bikes available for hire at a reasonable price. Surprise birthday cake for me too?! Definitely stay here again.

Professional communication when booking, also during the stay the staff friendly and helpful. Hotel nicely decorated, clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Beautiful garden, where you can have breakfast in the morning (very good, fresh and varied), or relax in peace during the day/evening. In general, the hotel is worth recommending, good value for money.

After our original lodging cancelled on us the morning of, we found ourselves in the lobby at Auersperg at 10pm and were greeted by the wonderful Rohullah. The minute we walked into the hotel, we knew that our luck had changed. There is such a comforting and welcoming vibe and the decor is unmatched. Rohullah booked us two rooms for 1 night, each with a complimentary upgrade and as soon as we left the front desk, we knew that we wanted to book another night! So we did. The bar and restaurant were absolutely delightful as were all of the staff. Our rooms were incredible and our stay was beyond exceptional. Salzburg was the favorite stop for all of us on our trip to Europe and Auersperg had a big part in that. We will tell everyone we know that they must stay at Auersperg when they are in Salzburg. Thank you Rohullah for your kindness. It truly mean the world to us.
k	karen savage on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice mid size hotel in Salzburg. We arrived somewhat late and its great they have a parking lot right next to the hotel. The room was good sized and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was nice (though it would be helpful to have shampoo and conditioner available). The weather wasn’t conducive to sitting in the courtyard but it is cute. And thank you for having a home for the bees! The breakfast was so good. And they make a very nice cappuccino. The location was convenient for me. It was a short jog down to the river and many cafes are close by. I love that they had two running route maps available! Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a charming hotel.

The staff is very kind and the breakfast really yummy. If you want to combine a little city trip with some sauna and relaxation this is the place to go.

Nice little touches in the room. The only downside was no hot water in the room, but we got upgraded to a better one after they tried to fix it couple times so can’t complain too much.

The breakfast was super tasty with delicious selection, smoothies and cakes. The highlight is the spa area - sauna with a view and nice relax area with an outdoor terrace.
