G	Gordon Davidson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lovely stay here. Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean, as were the breakfast lounge and the bar area. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice and everything was good quality. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Next time we visit Salzburg we Will definitely booked in again.

Not just the websites, also launchers. -1 star for: Shower gel tray was empty. Not sure how this hotel classified for the 4 stars. -1 star for: Minifridge was not properly closed. Instead of cooling drinks they were warmed up.
N	Nicole DeLeo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CLEAN!! we had a double room WITH AIR CONDITIONER. (The AC was a must for us a smidge extra but WELL worth it.) Our double room was perfect. Roomate style with two bedrooms with double beds on either side of the room (very spacious) with a decent sized bathroom. Note; there is no kettle, tea or instant coffee. If you have an air conditioner, ask for the remote if it's not in your room. There is only one AC unit in one of the bedrooms. We let it run for an hour with the doors of our bedroom open and it cooled both rooms down nicely. breakfast is o.k... not the biggest variety( or high quality food) as some other European hotels but definitely gives you what you need to start your day. My only "complaint " is their coffee was terrible. But, make a stop at any cafe in the city and you won't be disappointed. Very close to public transportation and in walking distance of A LOT of attractions, if you are prepared to make a day of walking and sightseeing. Highly recommend for the price point! Extremely nice and helpful staff.
P	Paco B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad hotel, they took a booking for a few nights and cancelled it after not appearing the first, putting the room in the market again and not allowing to use the remaining nights, because they already profited with the 100% cancellation fee. It was like buying a chocolate and seeing how they don't give it to you and at the same time try to sell it to someone else. Terrible customer service on the phone, they try to avoid all responsibility during the problem. Be careful with this kind of profit only hotels, they can ruin your holidays.
N	Nurka Pastusiak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall this could have been a nice stay if not the fact that in this hotel none of the anti covid rules are respected. No one asked about the green pass, no one (neither guests nor workers) is wearing a mask, distances between tables during breakfasts are 20 cm, buffet is open. Seems like in this country there’s no pandemics. Edit: to be able to check if the guests are vaccinated, someone would have to check the green passes and this hasn’t been done.
A	An Nijsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel would be ok if rated 3-star, but it says it's 4-star. But you pay more than for a 3-star. No special facilities, no toiletries, no water kettle for tea-making etc. Location is good and breakfast too, although had to wait a while on Friday morning before able to enter the bf-room, which was stressful as we had an appointment that morning. Cleanliness could be improved, f.e. found candy wrappers in the middle of the floor when entering, very dusty bathroom mirror, shower doors not sealed properly so water on bathroom floor. Also no-one asked our covid pass and no masks were worn. I would go for a real 3star hotel, you pay less and get same conditions.
