★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht nur das sie die bestellte Ware nie geliefert wurde sie haben auch erst auf Androhung einer Anzeige und trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderungen den vorab bezahlten Betrag nach mehr als einen Monat rücküberwiesen Vielleicht ist das eine Ausnahme und vielleicht liegt es an dieser negativen Rezession egal wie man es sieht so ein Verhalten ist völlig Inakzeptabel
Wieder ein Online Händler der sein Kunden verarscht, Ware als lieferbar
markiert wird nicht versendet. Auch fast 3 Wochen nach Bestellung eines als lieferbar gekennzeichneten Artikels nichts erhalten und natürlich auch keine Rückbuchung oder Lieferinformation. Offensichtlich ist dieses Unternehmen von wirtschaftlichen Problemen in der Corona Krise nicht betroffen den anders lässt sich so ein schäbiger Umgang mit Kunden wohl nicht erklären.
Nachtrag: Gute Händler informieren ihre Kunden bei Änderung der Verfügbarkeit, dann braucht es keine Nachbesprechung und auf beiden Seiten bleiben Enttäuschungen aus.
Not only has the ordered goods never been delivered, they have only been re-paid after more than a month if they are threatened with an advertisement and despite repeated requests such behavior is completely unacceptable
Another online retailer fooling his customers, goods as available
marked will not be sent. Almost 3 weeks after ordering an item marked as deliverable, nothing received and of course no chargeback or delivery information. Obviously, this company is not affected by economic problems in the Corona crisis, because otherwise a shabby dealings with customers cannot be explained.
Addendum: Good dealers inform their customers when availability changes, then there is no need for a debriefing and there are no disappointments on both sides.
