M	Michael Lynch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited 20 minutes to get served. The waiters/waitresses served others before us. We then waited 20 minutes trying to attract our waiter's attention, so we could pay. My daughter asked at the counter if we can pay as we had waited so long for our waiter. The waitress shouted rudely at her that it was nothing to do with her, even though my daughter was very polite. As a result, my daughter didn't leave a tip, so the waitress then complained, to which my daughter said the service and the rudeness didn't merit a tip. The waiter only then came over, asking why we didn't give a tip. When my daughter explained, he was rude and said "Next time, find another excuse." My daughter said "There won't be a next time.", to which the waiter replied "Even better." We are very disappointed with this poor service and extreme rudeness. I would not recommend this cafe to anyone.

A	Avihay Froochzad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second visit at Aida's after 3 years, and I must say that the store and the pastry have deteriorated :-( First of all - The service was under all criticism, the waitress made us wait for the menu for a few minutes, then for our 2 cakes for 10 minutes. At the end, we (and other customers around us) got up and went to the waitress to pay and leave the place. We ordered 2 pieces of cake: * Cheese cake (with cream) - no taste, really a waste of money. * Apple strudel (with cream) - nice, but not special than other Confectioneries and Patisseries next to Aida. Overrated, overpriced and not nice at all :-( I won't go there again, and give a chance to other places in Vienna (Demel, Fenster Cafe, Paremi Boulangeire...).

L	Lu Walker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stop by and have a coffee with some cake. You can get here an amazing breakfast as well. Try out the strudel with whipped cream. The coffee is regular. If you want to bring sacher home, they will nicely pack you a sacher “bricks” to enjoy at home.
