★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was doubting between 4 or 5 stars but for one minus point it’s not worth it. So I choose 5 stars, lovely hotel with big rooms, everything clean. Location is perfect near everything you need and if not the subway is around the corner. The 5 stars are for the employees,very friendly every one of them! The minus point is the breakfast, that is because of the corona very basic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay in the center of Vienna. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast and lounge were excellent. The staff helped to make our visit delightful, everyone was very pleasant and cheerful. We highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel’s super nice and elegant, the breakfast was too good and with an affordable price, the staff was simply amazing and a special thanks to Michele the receptionist who helps us a lot with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

My first negative experience was not being picked up at the airport after a 20 hr flight from Australia….I had arranged this pick up many months ago and was assured that there wouldn’t be a problem. However, after many phone calls to the receptionist at the hotel , I was still waiting and waiting and waiting. Finally I decided to get my own transport and when I got to the Hotel, there was no apology or concern given re my circumstances ?
My age is 75 so that upset me because normal staff would offer a water or someway to sit and then help with my bags to my room??? There was NOTHING‼️
