★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good stay. The staff are very helpful and the food is excellent. The problem is the bar 50m down the street; they stay open until 4am and it can get noisy with drunk tourists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has something very nice about it which i still dont know, but o can tell you that its one of the best 10 hotels in Zell am see.
Location is two min. From the lake all top attractions are at ypur door step.
Breakfast is reasonably good and lots of items to pick from.
Very frindly staff members and with big smile.
Some rooms are just about the standard size but could be bigger
I strongly recomed this hotel to all types people. Overall score 9 of the 10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel decorated in authentic Austrian style! The owners are very friendly and eagerly interacted with us during our stay. The hotel offers the Zell Am See Kaprun card free of charge which gives you access to surrounding attractions including the cable car in town as well as the Kitzsteinhorn cable car (which cost close to 40 euros per person, so great savings). There is a sauna and patio area offered at the hotel as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel with helpful warm and friendly staff. Great food and spotlessley clean and comfortable rooms. The Hotel is ideally situated in the centre of resort and with easy access to all transport and amenities. Thoroughly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will definitely go to this fantastic hotel again. So helpful staff and always smiling and friendly. The food in breakfast is the best in Europe. Location and money value is perfect and worth it. Very clean rooms, beds and bathrooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel, we had a good time here. It was our base during our skiing holiday. Breakfast buffet was great plenty to choose from. Dinner was good too. Everyday you could choose from 3 mains. Starter was salad buffet, every day a different soup. The staff are friendly, helpfull. You come as strangers but leave as a friend. At least we did. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for a couple of nights during a ski holiday. We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Very authentic atmosphere, great breakfast, free parking and nice central location near many restaurants and shops. Our room was modern, large and clean, altough it could be a bit noisy at night. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.
