I wanted to thank you again. Was in your shop in Obergurgl today and was served by Silke and Anita in a very competent and friendly way. Rarely has spending money been so much fun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NICHT zum empfehlen!!! Habe eine Jacke gekauft und haben leider danach feststellen müssen, dass das Sonderangebot von 139€ immernoch der doppelte Preis von dem normalen Verkaufspreis ist! Habe den Chef dann direkt darauf angesprochen ... Mir ist selten etwas so „arrogantes“ über den Weg gelaufen.
Diesen Laden werde ich nicht mehr betreten, hier ist der Mensch kein Mensch, sondern nur ein Geldbringer!!!!!!!
NOT recommended !!! I bought a jacket and unfortunately found out that the special offer of € 139 is still twice the normal sale price! Then I spoke to the boss directly about it ... I rarely came across anything so "arrogant".
I will not enter this shop anymore, here the human being is not a human being, but only a money bringer !!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have skied in Obergurgl as a family for the last six years and have hired our equipment from Scheiber sports many times. This year however we discovered that because our eldest child was 15 and our second child 10 the total hire price had doubled for the family on last year's figure for the same 10 day hire period. This is because the discount bands change after age 9 and 14. When I raised the issue with customer service the response was arrogant and complacent stating that the online discount of 15% was plenty and they could not do any better on the price. So I said I would look elsewhere which they said was fine and I have just completed my reservation with Intersport Rimml which is right next door for 22% less than the Scheiber Sports price for exactly the same standard of equipment. So my advice to any families is to check very carefully that you are getting a competitive price from Scheiber; we certainly did not and there are plenty of alternative excellent equipment hire businesses in Obergurgl.
