Der Scheiber Sport ist der bei weitem Beste Ski-&Sport-Shop, den ich jemals erlebt habe. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und kunden-orientiert und vor allem: enorm kompetent. Für neue Skischuhe ist Markus der Top-Tip.

Meine Frau hatte Probleme mit ihrem geliehenen Skischuh. Nach professioneller Analyse würde sie fachmännisch und sehr freundlich umfassend beraten. Im Ergebnis hat sie jetzt endlich einen eigenen Skischuh, der perfekt passt und mit dem sie sich auf's Skifahren und nicht auf die Schmerzen in den Füßen konzentrieren kann. Danke an Lukas und das restliche Team. Wir können euch ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen!

Ein super entspannter Skiverleih mit sehr geduldigen Mitarbeitern. Problemloser Umtausch, falls dann der Skischuh doch nicht perfekt paßt. Seit dem Umbau mit den Rolltreppen und dem Aufzug ist es für Skifahrer noch bequemer, auf die Piste zu kommen. Auch unter den aktuellen Bedingungen ein gut organisierter Ablauf der Abholung und der Rückgabe des Materials..
A super relaxed ski rental with very patient staff. Easy exchange if the ski boot doesn't fit perfectly. This was the worst customer service experience in recent memory. I rented skis and told them my size (having gone skiing just the previous week), and they insisted on giving me a smaller size. I explained I have very wide feet, which is why I needed larger boots. I asked three times for the correct size, and they repeatedly told me no. When I got to the top of the mountain, I was in excruciating pain due to the small boots. I took over an hour to get back down the mountain, because my feet hurt so much. I immediately went back to the shop and was told by the staff, and I quote, "this isn't our problem." I asked for a refund, which they laughed at. So now I'm disputing the charge with my bank. My feet are so swollen that they ruined the whole ski weekend.

I just returned from another fabulous ski trip to Obergurgl. I have been renting my skis and buying equipment from Scheiber Sport for years. Aside from its convenient location and the quality of the equipment, the main reason I keep returning is the friendliness and competence of the entire staff. It’s great to start the day with a personal and heartfelt greeting from all the staff members. The same goes when I’m leaving at the end of the day. This year I decided to get some new ski boots, as the old ones had worn out. The patience shown by Lukas and Josef during the selection process alone was astounding, since I can be difficult to please. They explained the selling points of the various models and spent what seemed like hours helping me try them on - including the arduous process of removing the inner boot to show me the workings. Finally I decided on a pair and took off skiing for the day. After a few hours, I noticed that my feet didn’t seem to fit comfortably anymore, even though they had done so at the start of the day. I thought, oh no, now I’ve gone and wasted money on a pair of boots I can’t wear! When I returned to Scheiber at the end of the day, Lukas asked me how I liked my new boots. I told him I had made the most expensive bad buy of my life! He reassured me immediately that he would take care of the problem and asked me to have a seat while he finished with another customer. After several minutes had passed and he was still busy with the other customer, he made the effort to assure me that he hadn’t forgotten about me and would be right with me. I appreciate that attentiveness. When Lukas turned his full attention to me, I felt like I was in good hands. He listened carefully as I described the problem I was having, then began trying solutions, using models of a foot to show me why I was feeling discomfort. Although he also offered inexpensive alternatives, in the end, I opted for custom-made insoles, a long and arduous process that Lukas mastered confidently. This entire time, whenever other customers appeared, he always made the effort to help them, too, without abandoning me. At the end, my boots fit perfectly and I spent the rest of my holiday gliding down the slopes with a sense of pure comfort and control. The professional staff at Scheiber works extremely hard to please its customers and goes the extra step to make them feel welcome. I can’t wait to return next year. Thanks to all of you!!!
