★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse staff ever, most disrespectfull, rude attitude. Also hotel is working only in the lobby. Old rooms.. doesnt match price and quality. Food is not good either. You get better value eating at theother hotels. Nicer food and same price for dinner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place for a ski holiday. I expect summer is just as fantastic here. Great food, rooms, amenities (the spa and pool area is great for all ages, tho children under 16 are not allowed in the sauna/hot tub). The food is great. Right next to busses to all ski areas. easy walk into town. did I mention the food is superb? The rooms are generous, tho I would recommend one away from the road to avoid noise. Staff are very attentive especially where the food is concerned. In fact I ate so well on the half pension deal that I didn't even mind waiting until I was at a decent working hot spot to check my email. That is really my only complaint: Fix the WiFi and your place is worth 6 stars! Still enjoying my time here as I write this review using the neighbour's wifi connection :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service in general is very weak, the staff does not really make an effort to serve well their customers. We arrived with 4 adults and 5 children and they made a mistake on table booking. Although there were tables free, they refused to give them to us and insisted on splitting the familY. Also on the second night we asked them if it was possible to make a simple plate of pasta with olive oil to one of the kids and they refused. Zero flexibility and willingness to please customers. I do not recommend for families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice family hotel with Kaprun off center location. Friendly employees clean rooms and all you need to enjoy your stay. Swimming pool and spa zone. Tasty food and buffet breakfast. What could be improved is spa availability (open only till 8pm) and external toll free parking lot capacity (&very expansive underground parking lot). All in all location definitely worth of revisiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first skiing holiday and I have to say everything was amazing.
Hotel Antonius is a beautiful place to stay.
Staff are only too happy to help, very friendly and went out of their way to explain bus routes etc.
The evening meals was so good and very well presented, and the breakfast buffet just as good. The restaurant staff were very efficient, friendly and only too happy to please.
My room was perfect, clean, fresh towels and a lovely room attendant who was always smiling.
The gym, saunas, jacuzzi, pool and wellness room were wonderful after a day skiing, all well presented and so clean. Oh and Hilda gives the most amazing massage.
Thank you Family Reitzer and team for making my holiday so perfect. I will definately be staying with you again :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice stay at the Hotel Antonius. Cosy, clean room with all the facilities including a coffee maker. Excellent all round service, with friendly and attentive staff. Tasty meals which were deceptively filling and very well presented. Didn't get the opportunity to use the facilities like the sauna and the swimming pool, but they all looked good. Only niggle was that the ski room was a bit small and there wasn't enough drying points. Get down the mountain early if you want dry boots in the morning!
