★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good value hotel with spacious rooms (at least the one I had), with a good view from the balcony. The food's pretty typical Austrian mountain food (nothing special, but lots of carbs; good for a day on the mountain). The ski bus stops right outside too and there's one every 30 minutes during peak times. The only real downside was the smoking - people were allowed to smoke at the bar, which is pretty typical for Austria and something to be expected (if off putting), but whilst smoking was prohibited in the rooms it was apparent many people had flaunted this rule as the clean towels we got each day all stank of cigarettes to varying degrees. It's worth noting the Internet was also somewhat sporadic, working great some days when we tried to use it, but not others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's always a pleasure to stay here, after just a few days, you feel like being a part of the family. Everybody is super friendly and always there to help. The food is excellent austrian kitchen and everyone can find something in the menu. Here are even vegan options in the menu. I loved our big room, we even got an upgrade to a bigger one. Thank you Family Hainzer, and all the good stuff members. We're definitely coming back!!!

Parking available and it is very close to gondola.
The only negative element is the smell from the kitchen that goes up to 2nd floor.
