★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a well equipped apartment in Kaprun / Tirol - Mountain Lodge is a great option! The rooms are well designed, breakfast is good and there are enough parkingplaces. The quality of service depends on the person helping you. Ask for Anicka, Sanja or Elvis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facilities looked great and the price was reasonable, however our stay this spring (2020) was cancelled due to the COVID situation. This was completely understandable, Avendia contacted us and informed us of the cancellation and offered a refund. We accepted and were told it would be a while before the refund could be issued. After a few regular back and forth communications we were told to wait 90 days. After the 90 day time frame had elapsed they stopped responding to emails and went as far as to block the primary phone we used to contact them. At this point we are resorting to other means to get a hold of them and are reaching out for legal advice.
I don't normally leave 1 star reviews, but based on their behavior I don't really have a choice. We all completely understand the current situation, but going as far as blocking a phone number because you don't want to talk to someone is not acceptable. At this point I can't recommend anyone stay at Avenida as the customer service is not up to par.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartment. Nice stuff. Big apartment that could suit a big family. Good location. There's an indoor pool we didn't try and we didn't take breakfast but there is an option. We mainly cooked in the nice kitchen or ate in restaurants near by.
