★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Optimisation here is extreme: small family rooms, rooms with low ceilings, very small kids bed for those over 6years old, limited parking places, tiny elevator, kid menu contains very small portions, no green area, very small lobby and bar. Offering summer cards and tourists guiding are +.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the overall, our stay was very pleasant, the hotel is recently renovated, we really enjoyed the area and the attention of the staff was exemplary. A few downsides should be noted though:
-the street where the hotel is located is a thoroughfare. The rooms facing the street are prone to traffic noise; moreover, due to a construction site right across the street, noise begins as soon as 6am. Keep this in mind when sleeping with windows open.
-our suite was lacking a proper sitting area, it was arranged as two bedrooms with nowhere to sit except a balcony facing the street with kitchen exhaust right below. During a full-week stay with variable weather this was not very comfortable. Another details included complicated access to the wardrobe due to the position of the bed or a missing towel hook in the toilet.
-although the breakfast offer was wide, there was no variation all over the week. Still the same scrambled eggs - never fried, nor any sort of omelette/pancakes for a change, everyday the same sweet pastry with no variation.
Nevertheless, as said before, our stay was very pleasant on the overall and we gladly recommend this property to other guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is extremely nice and helpful, providing 5* service. The apartment on the top floor was wonderful with amazing view. Breakfasts were very good with variety of choices even for our conservative kids. Dinners were also fine with special menu for kids which is much appreciated. Enough parking options even when fully booked. Just a few steps away from center of Kaprun. Overall great experience which exceeded our expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic! The location is brilliant and the rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable (the bunk beds were a huge hit with my kids). The staff is friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. We’ll definitely stay again!
