Die Ordination ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Bei all meinen Terminen gab es null Wartezeit. Dr. Arfaian ist einfach top und sehr empfehlenswert! Very nice and friendly doctor who takes a lot of time for her patients. The ordination is very nice and modern, the staff is very friendly. There was no waiting time for all of my appointments. Dr. Arfaian is simply great and highly recommended!

Sie hört sich alles genau an und nimmt sich viel Zeit für Patienten und Patientinnen. Ich war schon bei einigen Hautärzten und Hautärztinnen, aber niemand konnte seine Arbeit so gut verrichten wie Frau Dr. Arfaian. Ich kann sowohl sie, als auch ihr Team nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wirklich top!!! Very friendly staff and great atmosphere! In addition, Doctor Arfaian is extremely personable and more than just competent. She listens to everything carefully and takes a lot of time for patients. I've been to a few dermatologists, but no one could do their job as well as Dr. Arfaian. I can only warmly recommend her and her team. Really great!

Sie ist äußerst kompetent, bemüht und ehrlich an einer Problemlösung interessiert! Tolles Team und auch die Ordination ist einladend und modern gestaltet. Habe mich selten so gut aufgehoben gefühlt bei einer Ärztin/einem Arzt und gehe immer mit einem guten Gefühl aus der Praxis! Simply great! Dr. Arfaian takes a lot of time for her patients: inside, listens, is very empathetic and also sympathetic with her friendly, calm manner. She is extremely competent, hard-working and genuinely interested in solving problems! Great team and the ordination is inviting and modern. I have seldom felt in such good hands with a doctor and always leave the practice with a good feeling!

Da ich Rosacea habe, ist mir bewusst, dass keine leichte/ schnelle Lösung zu finden war. Doch ich muss sagen, dass ich ich beim Erzählen meiner Gesundheitsprobleme die Ärztin nicht sehr geduldig fand (kann aber auch ein Irrtum sein, weil ich ihre Mimik wegen der Maske nicht sehen konnte) und mich das irritiert hat und auch keine Lust mehr hatte mehr zu erzählen... All in all, I was satisfied and a good treatment was gradually sought. Having rosacea, I realize that there was no easy/quick fix. But I have to say that I didn't find the doctor very patient when telling about my health problems (but it can also be a mistake because I couldn't see her facial expressions because of the mask) and that irritated me and I didn't feel like doing it anymore tell...

Sehr schnell einen Termin bekommen, super freundlich und kompetent, nimmt sich viel Zeit, erklärt alles ganz genau und ist absolut geduldig!!! Eine Hautärztin habe ich nun gefunden. (nicht so wichtig, aber es gibt einen wunderschönen alten Aufzug im Haus) The BEST doctor I know and I know quite a few. Got an appointment very quickly, super friendly and competent, takes a lot of time, explains everything in detail and is absolutely patient!!! I have now found a dermatologist. (not that important, but there is a beautiful old elevator in the house)

L	Leila Hauk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Arfaian really cares about her patients.She is a very good listener and spent as much time as its needed and she doesn't rush patients . Her aim is actually to help people not only earn money (like some of doctors tend to do). On the top of all of that she is really positive and nice person and explains everything in the proper manner and makes you feel heard and important I highly recommend her.
