Habe teuren Markenmantel mit Speiseöl total verschmutzt und hatte wenig Hoffnung. Mantel wurde wie neu ! Ich bin überglücklich! Und das um grade mal € 15,-! Samtvorhänge meines Vaters auch toll gereinigt und lieben Kundendienst geleistet! Sehr zuvorkommend! Als nächstes kommt ein Teppich dran. Bin schon gespannt! First address for me in Vienna - especially for special problems. Perfect friendly service. Totally soiled expensive brand coat with cooking oil and had little hope. coat became like new ! I'm so happy! And that for just € 15,-! My dad's velvet curtains cleaned great too and provided lovely customer service! Very obliging! Next comes a rug. I'm excited!
M	Mary Lan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Putzerei ist bisher die Beste, die ich in Wien gefunden habe. Personal ist super freundlich (auch am Telefon) und vor allem transparent. Man wird auf die Risiken hingewiesen, wenn etwas evtl. nicht laut Hersteller gereinigt werden darf und dann muss man auf freiwilliger Basis einen Zettel mit dem Vermerk unterschreiben, wenn man bereit ist das Risiko einzugehen. Das ist auch völlig legitim. Ich hatte einen schon ziemlich fleckigen Matratzen-Topper Bezug für ein Boxspringbett dabei. Ich hatte diesen vorher schonmal zu einer anderen Reinigung gebracht, was genau nichts gebracht hat. Aber bei der Putzerei hier merkt man, dass die mit neuen Methoden/ Maschinen arbeiten und wissen was sie tun. Ich wurde auch im Vorfeld drauf hingewiesen, dass sie mir zwar natürlich nichts garantieren können, dass aber bisher immer alles sauber wurde. Und siehe da: keine Wein-/ Blut- oder sonstige Flecken mehr drauf. Und der Bezug ist auch nur ganz minimal geschrumpft, sodass ich ihn noch sehr gut über den Matratzen-Topper gebracht habe. Ich dachte schon, der Bezug sei nicht mehr zu retten und jetzt ist mein Bett wieder wie neu :) ? Vielen Dank! Hier werde ich in Zukunft meine hoffnungslose Wäsche weiterhin vorbeibringen! ?? So far, the cleaning shop is the best I've found in Vienna. Staff is super friendly (also on the phone) and above all transparent. You are informed of the risks if something may not be cleaned according to the manufacturer and then you have to sign a note on a voluntary basis with the note if you are willing to take the risk. That's perfectly legitimate too. I had a pretty stained mattress topper cover for a box spring bed with me. I had previously taken it to another dry cleaner, which didn't help. But in the fettling shop here you notice that they work with new methods/machines and know what they are doing. I was also informed in advance that they can't guarantee me anything, of course, but that so far everything has always been clean. Lo and behold: no more wine, blood or other stains on it. And the cover has only shrunk very slightly, so I was able to get it over the mattress topper very well. I thought the cover couldn't be saved and now my bed is like new again :) ? Thank you very much! I will continue to bring my hopeless laundry here in the future! ??
