L	Lia Dia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Positive, ich bekam wirklich schnell einen Termin. Alles hat einen guten Eindruck gemacht, deswegen wurde auch gleich ein Termin f d OP ausgemacht. D Aufklärung bzgl was u wie gemacht wird, war wirklich gut u es blieben keine Fragen offen. Am OP-Tag selber, lief alles reibungslos ab, Schwestern waren sehr freundlich ich wurde gut umsorgt, alles positiv. Nachsorge verlief problemlos was Wartezeiten u Terminplanung anbelangt. Leider bin ich mit dem Ergebnis absolut nicht zufrieden u war auch nicht mehr bei der Endkontrolle. Trotzdem denke ich, dass man bei diesen Ärzten ansich sehr gut aufgehoben ist! On the positive side, I got an appointment really quickly. Everything made a good impression, which is why an appointment was made for the operation. D Clarification regarding what and how is done was really good and there were no questions left unanswered. On the day of the operation everything went smoothly, the nurses were very friendly, I was well looked after, everything was positive. Follow-up care went smoothly in terms of waiting times and scheduling. Unfortunately, I am absolutely not satisfied with the result and I was no longer at the final inspection. Nevertheless, I think that you are in very good hands with these doctors!
B	Bianca Pribyl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte mich noch vor meiner Hochzeit einer Unterlidkorrektur unterziehen und war daraufhin bei einigen (sehr bekannten) Ärzten in Wien. Leider hat mir keiner dieser Ärzte ein sicheres Gefühl übermitteln können, durch Zufall bin ich auf Dr. Grill gestoßen & wusste sofort, hier bin ich richtig aufgehoben! Er hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen mir alles bis ins kleinste Detail zu erklären & ich hatte stehts das Gefühl, dass ich persönlich Patient bei ihm bin und nicht nur eine Nummer. Er hat eine herrliche lockere, einfühlsame und lustige Art die einem jede Sorge nimmt! Gestern hatte ich den Eingriff und bin bis jetzt von Sekunde eins an zufrieden, er, sein Team & die Praxis sind auf höchstem Niveau zufriedenstellend. Zum Ergebnis selbst kann ich (klarerweise) noch nichts sagen aber ein Nachtrag folgt! Jeder der überlegt sich diesen Eingriff zu unterziehen, ist hier richtig aufgehoben & ich kann Herrn Dr. Grill wärmsten Herzens weiterempfehlen! I wanted to undergo a lower eyelid correction before my wedding and then went to see some (very well-known) doctors in Vienna. Unfortunately, none of these doctors gave me a feeling of security, it just happened that I turned to Dr. Bumped into the grill & immediately knew I was in the right place here! He took a lot of time to explain everything to me down to the smallest detail & I always had the feeling that I was personally a patient with him and not just a number. He has a wonderful, easy-going, empathetic and funny manner that takes away any worries! Yesterday I had the procedure and so far I am satisfied from the first second, he, his team & the practice are satisfactory at the highest level. I can't (of course) say anything about the result itself, but an addendum will follow! Everyone who is considering undergoing this procedure is in good hands here & I can thank Dr. Warmly recommend Grill!
C	Christina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miradry Behandlung! Sehr enttäuschend! Leider hatte die Behandlung nicht den gewünschten Effekt erzielt! Kosten hierfür lagen bei 1900 € – was nun in meinem Fall enttäuschenderweise rausgeworfenes Geld war! 2 Wochen Schmerzen + Schwellung und 1900 € verpulvert! Das hätte ich mir sparen können, zumal ich keinerlei Wirkung/Verbesserung feststellen konnte. Zu der behandelnden Dame (Ärztin) kann ich nur sagen, sehr kalt, unsympathisch und wirkt auch nicht sonderlich interessiert an ihren Kunden bzw. am Behandlungsverlauf. So nach dem Motto: hat nicht geklappt … Pech gehabt, und das war es. Summa summarum, kann ich diese Methode nicht empfehlen! Miradry treatment! Very disappointing! Unfortunately, the treatment had not achieved the desired effect! The cost for this was €1900 – which was disappointingly a waste of money in my case! 2 weeks of pain + swelling and 1900 € wasted! I could have saved myself that, especially since I could not see any effect/improvement. All I can say about the treating lady (doctor) is that she is very cold, unsympathetic and doesn't seem particularly interested in her customers or the course of treatment. According to the motto: didn't work out... bad luck, and that was it. All in all, I cannot recommend this method!
M	Marcel Per on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau Dr Delir würde ich mit 8 Sternen "kennzeichnen". Sehr freundlich, sehr höflich, sehr ehrlich und einfühlsam. Nimmt sich Zeit und hat eine sehr gutes Auge für Ästhetik. Genaueste Erklärungen über Möglichkeiten und Risiken. Es werden Fotos gemacht und selbst um Jugendfotos gefragt um ein (persönlich) perfektes Ergebnis zu erreichen. Vom Termin bis zur Hygiene und Preis/Leistung alles sehr, sehr gut. I would "mark" Ms. Dr Delir with 8 stars. Very friendly, very polite, very honest and empathetic. Takes his time and has a very good eye for aesthetics. Exact explanations about possibilities and risks. Photos are taken and even youth photos are asked in order to achieve a (personal) perfect result. From the appointment to the hygiene and price / performance, everything was very, very good.

Dieses Zentrum ist absolut zum empfehlen. Man fühlt sich sehr gut beraten und aufgehoben. From the first examination to dismissal, everything was great. Very friendly, competent staff. That food was to choose from & was also very tasty. This center is highly recommended. You feel very well advised and in good hands.

Mein Termin wurde 2 Tage vorher zweimal abgesagt und das Schlimmste ist, dass mir nicht sofort ein Ersatz für meinen Termin vorgeschlagen wurde. Ich wurde gebeten, 2 Monate zu warten, was das Datum meiner Operation war. Das hat alle meine Pläne ruiniert, mich vor dem Sommer operieren zu lassen. Auf meine Situation oder zusätzliche Anstrengungen, um dies zu erreichen, wurde keine Rücksicht genommen. Opfer ihres Erfolgs zu werden, kann dazu führen, dass Patienten vernachlässigt werden, und das ist sehr traurig. Ich beschloss, mich in den Vereinigten Staaten operieren zu lassen, wie dumm, während ich doch in Wien lebe. Danke Kuzabari. I can only speak of the appointment experience, not the technical ability of Dr. Kuzbari. My appointment was canceled twice 2 days before and the worst thing is that I was not immediately offered a replacement for my appointment. I was asked to wait 2 months which was the date of my surgery. This ruined all my plans to have surgery before summer. No consideration was given to my situation or extra effort to make it happen. Becoming a victim of their success can leave patients neglected and that is very sad. I decided to have surgery in the United States, how silly, while living in Vienna. Thank you Kuzabari
