A	Aleš on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut empfehlenswert und schmerzfrei! Habe mir ein relativ großes Muttermal entfernen lassen (ca. 2x3cm) und was soll ich sagen? Ich habe absolut nichts gespürt! Die OP verlief sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Ich war erstaunt, dass das alles so schmerzfrei vonstatten ging. Kann ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Highly recommended and painless! I had a relatively large birthmark removed (approx. 2x3cm) and what can I say? I felt absolutely nothing! The operation was very quick and uncomplicated. I was amazed that everything was so painless. I can highly recommend it!

Die Ordination ist sehr schön, das Team arbeitet gut zusammen und ich muss von keinen langen Wartezeiten berichten. Außerdem waren die Ordinationszeiten sehr praktisch, ich bin heute z.B. schon um 7.40 in der Früh behandelt worden. Both the doctor and her husband, who represents her on a case-by-case basis, are very friendly, explain everything exactly and take a lot of time. The ordination is very nice, the team works well together and I don't have to report long waiting times. In addition, the ordination times were very practical, e.g. today I am already treated at 7.40 in the morning.
L	Lisa S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe 2 Monate auf einen Termin gewartet. Man würde ja denken,dass man dann wenigstens relativ pünktlich drankommt zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit. Nein, mit 1 Stunde Verspätung wurde ich aufgerufen, der Arzt hat von Anfang an desinteressiert gewirkt, kaum etwas gefragt oder mir richtig zugehört. Mein Anliegen ist eine ' Lappalie' und ich solle nicht übertreiben?! Ich war nichtmal 5min im Ordinationszimmer drinnen und wurde bereits abgefertigt mit einem generischen Rezept,dass ich einnehmen kann 'wenn ich will,muss aber nicht'. Diese Ordination kann ich wirklich nicht empfehlen. Es ist nichtmal die Wartezeit dich mich entäuscht hat, sondern das Benehmen des Arztes. Man hat gemerkt,dass er einfach nur schnell fertig sein wollte. Keine Beratung, keine Erklärungen, kein richtiges Gespräch, sondern einfach nur ein Rezept vorgelegt und Tschüss. Wenn ich ordnungsgemäß einen Termin vereinbare und auch noch länger warten muss,dann erwarte ich mir,dass mein Arzt mir wenigstens erklärt,wieso er mir dieses Medikament verschreibt und Zeit hat mit mir wenigstens mehr als 2 Sätze zu kommunizieren. Ich bin wirklich entrüstet, es ist einfach nur eine Frechheit. I waited two months for an appointment. One would think that one then at least relatively on time arrives at the agreed time. No, with 1 hour delay I was called, the doctor was disinterested from the beginning, hardly asked anything or listened to me correctly. My concern is a 'trifle' and I should not exaggerate? I was not even in the ordination room for 5 minutes and was already processed with a generic prescription that I can take 'if I want, but I do not have to'. I really can not recommend this ordination. It is not even the wait you have disappointed me, but the behavior of the doctor. One has noticed that he just wanted to finish quickly. No advice, no explanations, no real conversation, but just a recipe submitted and bye. If I make an appointment properly and have to wait even longer, then I expect that my doctor will at least explain to me why he prescribes this medicine and has time to communicate with me at least more than 2 sentences. I'm really indignant, it's just a joke.
M	Mari Ko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin mit dieser Ärztin sehr zufrieden, die Räumlichkeiten sind sauber, schön eingerichtet und modern, die Sprechstundenhilfe kompetent und freundlich, die Behandlung respektvoll und effektiv. Wie bei den meisten Kassenordinationen dauert es aber immer länger einen Termin zu bekommen, weil alle Ordinationen überfüllt sind. Ich kann Dr. Roka aber nur sehr empfehlen. I am very satisfied with this doctor, the rooms are clean, nicely decorated and modern, the consultation help is competent and friendly, the treatment is respectful and effective. As with most cash register ordinances, it takes longer and longer to get an appointment because all ordinations are overcrowded. I can Dr. Roka highly recommend.

Die Damen von der Sprechstundenhilfe sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Behandlung bei Dr Roka ist sehr hilfreich. Ich nehme zur Zeit eine Aknebehandlung in Anspruch und kann durch jedem Geplagten empfehlen, die Ordination zu besuchen, wer vor allem schon eine nicht zufriedenstellende Erfahrung mit Hautärzten gemacht hat. I am VERY satisfied with this ordination! The ladies from the receptionist are very friendly and accommodating and the treatment at Dr Roka is very helpful. I am currently taking acne treatment and can recommend anyone who is afflicted to visit the ordination, especially if you have had an unsatisfactory experience with dermatologists.
B	Barbara Prassl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fühlte mich von Anfang gut aufgehoben. Wurde vom Haaransatz bis zur kleinen Zehe untersucht. UV bedingte Hautschäden gleich mit Laser schmerzfrei entfernt. Keine Wartezeit. I felt in good hands from the start. Was examined from the hairline to the little toe. UV-related skin damage is removed painlessly with a laser. No waiting.
M	Marlene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich möchte vorallem jungen Frauen mit Akne wärmstens von Frau Dr. Roka abraten. Ohne mich über die Nebenwirkungen des Medikaments aufzuklären, hat sie mir innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ein Medikament verschrieben, welches starke Depressionen herbeiführen kann und so war es bei mir auch. Damit ist wirklich nicht zu spaßen. Diese Ärztin würde ich nichtmal meiner schlimmsten Feindin empfehlen. I would especially like to thank young women with acne from Dr. Roka advise against it. Without informing me about the side effects of the drug, within a few minutes she prescribed me a drug that can induce severe depression and it was the same for me. This is really not to be trifled with. I wouldn't even recommend this doctor to my worst enemy.
