C	Claudia Suppaner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder! War jetzt mittlerweile 3 Mal dort und habe jedes Mal gehofft, dass der Arzt einfach nur einen schlechten Tag hatte, dem war leider nicht so. Er hat mich nicht mal meinen Satz aussprechen lassen. Ist währenddessen aufgestanden und hat mir zum 2. Mal dieselben Medikamente gegeben, obwohl ich gesagt habe, dass sie nicht wirklich gewirkt haben. Ich hatte nach Eintritt ins Zimmer das Gefühl, dass er mich einfach so schnell wie möglich los haben möchte und im Enfeffekt war ich auch sicherlich nicht mehr als 5 Minuten drin. Geht überhaupt nicht auf einen ein. Never again! Been there 3 times now and hoped every time that the doctor just had a bad day, unfortunately that was not the case. He didn't even let me say my sentence. Meanwhile got up and gave me the same medication for the second time, although I said they didn't really work. After entering the room I had the feeling that he just wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible and in effect I was certainly not in there for more than 5 minutes. Doesn't respond to you at all.
S	Sladjana Jovanovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder, ich war mit mein Kind dort (1 1/2 Jahre alt) und sie hat sich erschreckt und ein wenig geweint und er meinte ge bitte hör auf zu weinen...so ein netter Arzt na wahnsinn!!!!! Never again, I was there with my child (1 1/2 years old) and she was frightened and cried a little and he said please stop crying ... such a nice doctor, crazy !!!!!

Er schreibt ein Rezept aus, ohne der Mensch mal anzuschauen, und als ich deprimiert war, weil ich voll von rote Flecken war, und habe gesagt dass ich so etwas noch nie gehabt habe, antwortete der Arzt: "Siehst du meine grauen Haare? Ich habe sie vorher auch nicht gehabt…“ Ich habe den Arzt gewechselt. Many years ago I was one of the first patients, then Dr. Bernhard was a different person, friendly, helpful…. but unfortunately that is no longer the case. He writes out a prescription without even looking at the person, and when I was depressed because I was full of red spots and said that I've never had anything like it, the doctor replied, "Do you see my gray hair? Me I didn't have it before either… “I changed doctors.
L	Lisa-Marie Vetter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soziale Kompetenz ist nicht vorhanden! Die zwei Sterne bekommt er dennoch, weil die Empfangsdame nett und die Wartezeit wirklich sehr kurz war (3min). Allerdings wurde ich darüber informiert, dass anscheinend sehr viele abgesagt haben, also sind die Wartezeiten normalerweise wrsl länger! Ich war zu einer Muttermalkontrolle da und es herrschte so gut wie kein Blickkontakt und er ist auf meinen Wunsch einen Zettel für meine Vorsorgeuntersuchung (Muttermalkontrolle) zu unterschreiben nicht eingegangen. Es handelte sich um eine Bescheinigung, dass ich bei der Untersuchung war. Schade, dass er seine Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen verloren hat, denn ich war als Kind bereits bei ihm für eine Kontrolle und da war er definitiv besser. Fazit: Wenn man nur einmal etwas benötigt kann man ruhig hingehen, aber als fixen Arzt kann ich ihn definitiv nicht empfehlen! There is no social competence! He still got the two stars because the receptionist was nice and the waiting time was really very short (3 minutes). However, I was informed that apparently a lot of people canceled, so the waiting times are usually wrsl longer! I was there for a birthmark check and there was almost no eye contact and at my request to sign a slip for my preventive medical check-up (birthmark check) he did not come in. It was a certificate that I had been to the examination. It's a shame that he lost the pleasure of working with people, because I was already with him as a child for a check-up and he was definitely better there. Conclusion: If you only need something once, you can go there, but as a permanent doctor I definitely cannot recommend him!

P	Pe Sto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Ich bin schon jahrelang bei diesem Arzt. Die Dame an der Anmeldung war immer freundlich, recht kurze Wartezeit für Termine und auch der Arzt hat immer alles richtig diagnostiziert und erfolgreich behandelt. Und gerade auf letzteres kommt es mir an. Der Arzt nimmt sich entsprechend Zeit, je nach Wehwehchen mal mehr mal weniger. Es ist eben ein Hautarzt und kein Kaffeekränzchen. Es soll mir recht sein, wenn die Damen und Herren, mit höherem Gesprächsbedürfnis, eine andere Praxis aufsuchen. So komme ich noch schneller zu meinen Terminen. Ich kann diese Praxis mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. I can't understand the bad reviews. I've been with this doctor for years. The lady at the registration desk was always friendly, the waiting time for appointments was very short and the doctor always diagnosed everything correctly and treated it successfully. And the latter is what matters to me. The doctor takes the time accordingly, sometimes more or less depending on the ailments. It's just a dermatologist and not a coffee party. It should be fine with me if the ladies and gentlemen, with a greater need for discussion, go to another practice. That way I can get to my appointments even faster. I can recommend this practice with a clear conscience.
