Genauer Blick in meinen Allergie-Pass vor der Verschreibung von Medikamenten. Was there for the first time today. I am very pleased. Short waiting time. Friendly assistants. Sympathetic doctor. Take a closer look at my allergy passport before prescribing any medication.
P	Peter Szokol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1te August Woche 2021. Die Vertretung, der Vertretung der Vertretung war auf Urlaub. Unglaublich dass diese Ordination mit so vielen fertig wird. Bei mir war es akut, nicht unproblematisch, darum konnte ich eingeschoben werden. Hatte auch mal 1,5h gewartet, aber mal ehrlich, da hatte ich weniger was schlimmes. Und dann noch keine Medikamente mehr, Email, sie war im Urlaub und bekam Antwort, dass ich keine mehr brauche. Also im Urlaub bekam ich noch nie eine Antwort vom Arzt. 1st week of August 2021. The representation, the representation of the representation was on vacation. Incredible that this ordination can cope with so many. For me it was acute, not unproblematic, so I could be pushed in. Had waited 1.5 hours, but honestly, I had less of a bad thing. And then no more medication, email, she was on vacation and received an answer that I don't need any more. So when I was on vacation I never got an answer from the doctor.

K	Katharina Brückner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann diese teils schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen: Dr. Heere -Ress ist immer freundlich, kompetent und wenn akut etwas ansteht sofort mit einem Termin zur Stelle. Ja, man wartet dort mal länger, aber haben Sie schon einmal versucht bei anderen Kassen-Dermatologen einen Termin zu bekommen? Ich davor schon: Die meisten nehmen gar keine Patienten mehr auf. Und natürlich ist das tw. effizenteres Arbeiten, aber als Kassenärztin hat man wohl auch kaum die Möglichkeit sich 20 Minuten pro Patient zu nehmen, weil man sonst nichts verdient. Vor diesem Hintergrund finde ich die 1-Sterne Bewertungen wegen ein bisschen Wartezeit (bei sonst gutem Service) wirklich ungerechtfertigt. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren zu mir bislang immer nur sehr nett und freundlich. Ich bin seit Jahren zufrieden hier und werde auch weiter kommen. I cannot understand these partly bad reviews: Dr. Heere-Ress is always friendly, competent and, if something urgently needs to be done, is there immediately with an appointment. Yes, you sometimes have to wait longer there, but have you ever tried to get an appointment with other statutory health insurance dermatologists? I did before that: Most of them no longer accept patients. And of course that is tw. more efficient work, but as a doctor you hardly have the opportunity to take 20 minutes per patient because you don't earn anything else. Against this background, I find the 1-star ratings really unjustified because of a little waiting time (with otherwise good service). The ladies at the front desk have always been very nice and friendly to me. I've been happy here for years and will continue to do so.

Ich habe mich verstanden gefühlt und werde sicher wieder hingehen. Auch das Empfangsteam war sehr nett und freundlich. Ich kann diese Ordination sehr empfehlen. I was in the ordination for the first time before Christmas. Very nice and competent doctor. I felt understood and will definitely go back. The reception team was also very nice and friendly. I can highly recommend this organization.
