H	Hedy Kaisersberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Kassenpatientin wird man in 2 Min. abgehandelt - musste den Dr. dazu überreden sich meine Warze (oder was auch immer es ist) überhaupt anzusehen. Ich bekam als Auskunft, dass die Kasse das Entfernen nicht bezahlt und wurde verabschiedet. Also nicht mal das Angebot, es privat machen zu lassen. Ich suche mir definitiv einen anderen Arzt. As a cash patient you are dealt with in 2 minutes - the Dr. persuade yourself to even look at my wart (or whatever it is). I received the information that the cash register did not pay for the removal and was passed. So not even the offer to have it done privately. I'm definitely looking for another doctor.
S	Simon Heiler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorweg: In den letzten Jahren war ich bei Dr. Kandel mit seiner Behandlung sehr zufrieden. Leider muss ich aber den heutigen Fall bewerten und beschreiben. Nachdem ich unter Tags bereits versucht habe bei einem anderen Hautarzt wegen eines akuten Problems vorbeizusehen und dann abgewiesen wurde mit den Worten "Ihr Arzt hat heute um 16 Uhr auf, der muss sie aufnehmen", habe ich mir gedacht, dass ich dann wohl oder übel (auch wenn es sehr unangenehm war) dies abwarten werde. Um kurz nach 16 Uhr in der Praxis angekommen wurde mir von der absolut verständnislosen Rezeptionistin gesagt, dass ich keinen Termin habe. Ich habe versucht ihr zu erklären, dass es sich dabei um ein akutes Problem handelt und ich daher Hilfe benötige. Nach langer Diskussion wurde ich abgewiesen, mir wurde nicht mal eine Lösung angeboten, sondern nur immer die gleichen Floskeln "Der Herr - sie haben keinen Termin". Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Das Vertrauensverhältnis ist damit beendet und ich werde mir definitiv einen anderen Hautarzt suchen. First of all: In the last few years I have been with Dr. Kandel very satisfied with his treatment. Unfortunately, I have to evaluate and describe today's case. After trying to visit another dermatologist during the day because of an acute problem and then being turned away with the words "Your doctor is up at 4 p.m. today, he has to take you in", I thought that I would be better or worse (even if it was very uncomfortable) I'll wait for this. When I arrived at the practice shortly after 4 p.m., the absolutely uncomprehending receptionist told me that I didn't have an appointment. I tried to explain to her that this is an acute problem and that I therefore need help. After a long discussion, I was turned away, I was not even offered a solution, just the same set of phrases "The Lord - you have no appointment". I am very disappointed. The relationship of trust is over and I will definitely look for another dermatologist.

Ich bin mehr als zufrieden mit der Behandlung und kann ihn auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen. Die wenigen negativen Rezensionen erkläre ich mir damit, dass er sich knapp und entschieden ausdrückt. I have the impression that Mr. Kandel is a very competent and attentive doctor. I am more than satisfied with the treatment and can definitely recommend him. I explain the few negative reviews by the fact that he expresses himself succinctly and decisively.
M	Mario Alexander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte eine eitrige Hautentzündung hinterm Ohr und Montag Mittags angerufen, mit der Bitte um einen schnellstmöglichen Termin, welchen ich noch am selben Tag (Nachmittags) erhalten habe. Die Ordinationsassistentin war äußerst nett und hat mir dies kurzfristig eingerichtet. Herr Dr. Kandel hat die "Mini OP" gleich vor Ort durchgeführt und mich von meinem Leiden befreit. Rasch, unkompliziert und vor allem schmerzfrei! Vielen Dank & großes Lob an das gesamte Team! Had a purulent dermatitis behind the ear and called Monday noon to ask for an appointment as soon as possible, which I received on the same day (afternoon). The ordination assistant was extremely nice and set this up for me at short notice. Dr. Kandel performed the "mini surgery" right there and freed me from my suffering. Fast, uncomplicated and above all painless! Many thanks & big compliments to the entire team!
F	FROM YEXIN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich schreibe normalerweise keine Rezensionen, aber diesmal muss es sein. Man wartet trotz Termin mind. 20 Minuten im Wartezimmer. Anstelle dessen wurde der Termin noch am selben Tag abgesagt nach 3 Monate warten mit der Begründung „der Arzt muss heute früher nach Hause“. Das Schlimmste ist, dass der Arzt sich keine Zeit für seine Kunden nimmt!! Ich gehe eigentlich schon seit über einem Jahr dorthin und war nie länger als 3 Minuten beim Arzt!!! NIE WIEDER!!!! I don't usually write reviews, but this time it has to be. Despite the appointment, you wait at least 20 minutes in the waiting room. Instead, the appointment was canceled on the same day after waiting 3 months on the grounds that “the doctor has to go home earlier today”. The worst thing is that the doctor doesn't take time for his clients !! I've actually been going there for over a year and have never been to the doctor for more than 3 minutes !!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

A	Anca Jurca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a Kassenpatientin (normal state insurance), I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Kandel and his compassionate and skilled assistants. They were all very kind, patient and considerate (even after my tons of questions and fears) and my mole removal went smoothly. The scar is minimal and removing the stitches was unexpectedly painless. Everything highly professional but still human. I had to wait some 2 months for the appointment but this was totally understandable since it was a routine checkup and nothing urgent. I saw they accept walk-in emergencies and so I understood even more why you have to wait for your turn.
