Somit musste das Gerät nicht gleich entsorgt und ein neues angeschafft werden. Wir haben den Wiener Reparaturbon dafür eingelöst, die Reparatur kostet dann unterm Strich nur ein kleines Geld. Das ist echt empfehlenswert! We are happy that we decided to have the tumble dryer repaired by Hausgeräte Profi. This meant that the device didn't have to be disposed of and a new one purchased. We redeemed the Vienna repair voucher for it, the bottom line being that the repair only costs a small amount of money. That is really recommendable!

Es wird auch bestellt wenn es Teile noch gibt für Geräte I can only recommend repairing instead of buying new. Equipment for the kitchen and vacuum cleaner and much more. G	Georg R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe meine Espresso-Maschine zur Reparatur (mit Wiener Reparaturbon, der bei der Abgabe gleich eingefordert wurde} in diese Werkstatt gebracht und nach über drei Wochen Wartezeit und mehrfacher Nachfrage telefonisch und per Mail nicht einmal einen Kostenvoranschlag erhalten. Scheinbar lebt es sich gut von den Subventionen der Steuerzahler! Indiskutables Service! Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen! I brought my espresso machine to this workshop for repairs (with a Viennese repair voucher, which was requested when I handed it in) and after waiting more than three weeks and repeatedly asking me by phone or email, I did not even receive a cost estimate. It seems that taxpayers' subsidies make a good living! Indisputable service! Definitely not to be recommended!
J	Johanna Wögerer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechter Service, Reparatur lohnt sich nicht, Küchenmaschine verdreckt ohne verschraubter Abdeckung und beschädigt zurück erhalten. ca. 40€ Reparatur für das Kleben des Kabels eines Plattengrilles ist finde ich nicht gerechtfertigt. Dass es lediglich geklebt wurde, habe ich leider erst zuhause gemerkt . Die teure Reparatur für die Küchenmaschine lohnte sich nicht, bei Abholung wollte die Dame dann doppelte Kosten für den Kostenvoranschlag berechnen, obwohl bereits zweimal mit der Kollegin abgesprochen war, dass nur einmal KV berechnet wird. Die Küchenmaschine war nach dem Check beschädigt - unterer Rand mit scharfem Gegenstand eingeschnitten und man hat sich nicht einmal die Mühe gemacht hatte, die Abdeckung wieder anzuschrauben. Wenigstens waren die Schrauben einzeln dabei. Ich bin schwer enttäuscht und werde diesen "Service" nicht mehr nutzen - leider lohnt es sich mit diesem Ärger und Wartezeit nicht. Schade, dass hier so unprofessionell gearbeitet wird! Ich kann den Laden nicht weiter empfehlen! Bad service, not worth repairing, food processor returned dirty without the cover screwed on and damaged. Approx. 40€ repair for the gluing of the cable of a plate grill is not justified in my opinion. Unfortunately, I didn't realize until I got home that it was only glued on. The expensive repair for the food processor wasn't worth it, when we picked it up the lady wanted to charge double the cost for the estimate, although it had already been agreed twice with the colleague that KV would only be charged once. The food processor was damaged after the check - the lower edge was cut with a sharp object and they didn't even bother to screw the cover back on. At least the screws were there individually. I am very disappointed and will no longer use this "service" - unfortunately it is not worth it with this hassle and waiting time. It's a shame that the work here is so unprofessional! I can't recommend the store more highly!

Nie mehr wieder lasse ich mir von denen irgendwas reparieren! Habe meinen Backofen zur Reparatur geschickt, nach ein paar Wochen kam der Anruf mit "Wir haben den Backofen kaputt gemacht, er geht nicht mehr" danach haben sie mir nicht mal das Geld zurück gegeben was ich ihnen gezahlt habe (über 650 Euro!!) sondern mir nur einen neuen bezahlt (500Euro) somit habe ich meinen alten Backofen (wo nur eine Dichtung nicht intakt war) und noch über 150 Euro verloren! Bitte suchen Sie sich wen anderes für ihre Geräte aus!! The entire company, including executives, cannot be recommended either in this or in any other parallel universe! I'll never let them fix anything again! I sent my oven to be repaired, after a few weeks the call came with "We broke the oven, it doesn't work anymore" after that they didn't even give me back the money I had paid them (over 650 euros !!) but just paid me a new one (500 euros) so I lost my old oven (where only one seal was not intact) and still lost over 150 euros! Please choose someone else for your devices !!
