K	Karin Aramayo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf der Suche nach einem Friseurgeschäft, das den Curlsys anbietet, bin ich vor einiger Zeit auf APH Vienna Hair und Frau Manuela gestoßen. Da ich mit dem Schnitt immer zufrieden war, habe ich die weite Anreise vom 10. in den 14.Bezirk (mehr als eine Stunde Fahrzeit) mehrmals gerne in Kauf genommen. Sehr befremdlich fand ich jedoch vom 1. Mal an das schlechte Service - beginnend damit, dass man kaum begrüßt wurde (jedenfalls nicht von der Chefin, die ja die "betreuende" Friseurin war), dann trotz Termins mindestens eine halbe Stunde warten musste, währenddessen aber weder etwas zu trinken, noch Lektüre angeboten bekam, geschweige denn eine Entschuldigung für die Wartezeit zu hören bekam.Statt dessen konnte man z.B. der Chefin dabei zuschauen, wie sie sich von ihrer Angestellten die Haare föhnen ließ oder Produkte in die Regale schlichtete, bevor sie sich endlich der wartenden Kundin widmete. Looking for a hairdresser that offers the Curlsys, I came across APH Vienna Hair and Ms. Manuela some time ago. Since I was always satisfied with the cut, I gladly accepted the long journey from the 10th to the 14th district (more than an hour's drive) several times. From the first time I found the bad service very strange - starting with the fact that you were hardly greeted (at least not by the boss, who was the "supervising" hairdresser), then had to wait at least half an hour despite the appointments, during which time but was not offered anything to drink or read, let alone heard an excuse for the waiting time the boss watched as she let her employee blow-dry her hair or put products on the shelves before finally addressing the waiting customer.
J	Ju Bee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durch Zufall in meiner "neuen hood" entdeckt und zum ersten Mal bei APH Vienna hair gewesen. (Terminvergabe erfolgte prompt und unkompliziert). Fazit: Freundliche Mitarbeiter, Top Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und ich bin mit Schnitt und Farbe vollstens zufrieden, habe obendrein auch noch 2 gratis Proben für Conditioner und Shampoo bekommen und von Gül spontan die Augenbrauen fassoniert und Gesichtshäärchen mittels Fadentechnik entfernt bekommen. Einziger Minuspunkt: es hat ewig (über 4 h) gedauert, wobei fairer Weise gesagt werden muss, dass ein Frisör krankheitsbedingt ausgefallen ist und einfach zu viele Termine vergeben wurden. Was ich in diesem Kontext aber toll finde, ist, dass man sich trotz Stress und Hektik auch über die offiziellen Öffnungszeiten hinaus um mich bemüht hat und ich das Gefühl hatte, dem Team - vorallem Chefin Manuela - war es wirklich wichtig, dass ich zufrieden den Salon verlasse - "kein abschasseln" (daher trotz langer Wartezeit volle 5 Sterne). ich komme wieder ;-) Discovered by accident in my "new hood" and visited APH Vienna hair for the first time. (Appointments were given promptly and easily). Conclusion: friendly staff, top price / performance ratio and I am completely satisfied with the cut and color, I also got 2 free samples for conditioner and shampoo and Gül spontaneously shaped her eyebrows and removed facial hair using thread technology. The only downside: it took forever (over 4 hours), although it must be said fairly that a hairdresser was down due to illness and simply too many appointments were made. But what I find great in this context is that despite the stress and hectic pace, they tried to look after me even beyond the official opening hours and I felt that it was really important to the team - especially boss Manuela - that I was satisfied Leave salon - "no rubbing off" (therefore full 5 stars despite long waiting time). I'll be back ;-)

Für mich ein Künstler, ein Mann mit Berufung zum Handwerk. Kritik kann ich definitiv ich nicht verstehen...... möglich will man diesen Betrieb wegen großer Konkurrenz schaden!? Bitte Herr Hofer, lassen Sie sich und Ihr Team nicht entmutigen. Beste Grüße und alles Gute für die Zukunft. I can only report the BEST about Mr. Andreas Hofer and I am just a simple customer no more and no less. For me an artist, a man with a vocation for a craft. I definitely can't understand the criticism ...... maybe you want to damage this company because of great competition !? Please Mr. Hofer, do not be discouraged and your team. A	Adam Besharat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Andreas hat am 21. August meine Haare geschnitten ! Ich habe Fotos von mir in der Vergangenheit gezeigt und ich habe Ihm gebeten es so zu schneiden ! Herr Andreas ist ein Meister Friseur, aber es fällt Ihm schwer einfache Anweisungen zu befolgen, weil er glaubt es besser zu wissen ! Jedenfalls er schneidet die Haare nach seinem Geschmack ! Der Kunde ist Bittsteller, ohne Erfolg ! Mr. Andreas cut my hair on August 21st! I've shown photos of myself in the past and I've asked him to cut it that way! Mr. Andreas is a master hairdresser, but it is difficult for him to follow simple instructions because he thinks he knows better! Anyway, he cuts his hair to his liking! The customer is a supplicant, without success!
