★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schnell geantwortet, ist noch am selben Tag vorbeigekommen und hat meine Waschmaschine Repariert. Auch der Preis war in Ordnung, dafür, dass extra ein spezifisches Ersatzteil beschafft werden musste. Für die 2. Anfahrt (Am selben Tag!) wurde nichts extra verlangt! 5/5!
 Responded very quickly, stopped by the same day and fixed my washing machine. The price was also okay, considering that a specific spare part had to be procured. Nothing extra was charged for the 2nd journey (on the same day!)! 5/5!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechte Erfahrung! Der Herr kam schaute sich das Problem meines Kühlschrankes an. Erklärte mir nach 5 Minuten dass der Kühlschrank nicht zu reparieren sei und verlangte stolze 80 Euro ohne Rechnung. leider war ich blöd genug es ihm auch zu zahlen aber um zukünftige Kunden zu warnen schreibe ich diese Rezension.
Bad experience! The gentleman came to look at the problem with my refrigerator. After 5 minutes he explained to me that the refrigerator could not be repaired and asked for 80 euros without an invoice. unfortunately I was stupid enough to pay him but to warn future customers I am writing this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waschmaschine: In der Früh angerufen, 3 Stunden später vor Ort, war nur eine Kleinigkeit, musste nicht aufwendig repariert werden (auch weil Top-Qualitätswaschmaschine), sehr gut erklärt warum und was nicht funktioniert + allgemeine Beratung über Waschmaschinen.
Preis: geschmalzen für eine Kleinigkeit, aber das ist bei den heutigen Geräten so ... man kann sie kaum mehr selbst reparieren.
Sehr, sehr zufrieden! Jederzeit wieder!
Washing machine: Called in the morning, 3 hours later on site, it was only a small thing, did not have to be laboriously repaired (also because top quality washing machine), very well explained why and what does not work + general advice on washing machines.
Price: fat for a little something, but that's the case with today's devices ... you can hardly repair them yourself.
Very, very satisfied! Any time!

Der Mitarbeiter kam am Abend zur Problemdiagnose (96 EUR) und hat dann gleich den kaputten Motor mitgenommen und repariert (120 EUR) und am nächsten Morgen gleich wieder gebracht und eingebaut.
Top Service, die Waschmaschine sollte jetzt wieder einige Jahre laufen! Empfehlung, das Service hat seinen Preis, dafür schont man mit einer Reparatur die Umwelt und hat länger etwas von den Geräten ;)
Everything worked very quickly and without any problems.
The employee came in the evening to diagnose the problem (96 EUR) and then immediately took the broken engine with him and repaired it (120 EUR) and brought it back and installed it the next morning.
Top service, the washing machine should run for a few years now! Recommendation, the service has its price, but repairs protect the environment and benefit from the devices for longer;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser Geschirrspüler war leider nicht mehr zum reparieren. Binnen 3 Tage bekam ich ein Angebot plus Austausch ein fixes Preisangebot. Plus Altgerät Entsorgung, es wurde tadellos und sauber und schnell getauscht, ich konnte den neuen Geschirrspüler sofort in den Betrieb nehmen! Ich nehme diese Firma wieder und werde sie immer weiter empfehlen !
Our dishwasher was unfortunately beyond repair. Within 3 days I got an offer plus exchange a fixed price offer. Plus disposal of the old appliance, it was exchanged impeccably and cleanly and quickly, I was able to put the new dishwasher into operation immediately! I will use this company again and will always recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely recommend this service! My Samsung fridge was making noises and not cooling in the heat of the summer. I called the Samsung hotline and was given an appointment a full 10 days later for a broken fridge in summer! I turned to Google, found Servicequick and called immediately. Herr Thind came personally that same night at 9:30. When he left an hour later the fridge was working. Thank you! I will save the number for any other home appliance repairs I may ever need.
