R	Roland Szabo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A real professional team and i mean it! My MBP started to act strangely and i couldnt continue my work which has to be filed until next week. I was literally freaking out "what? no?! why now, why with me??" I decided that i will bring into one of the two mcsharks in Vienna. Although i live closer to Mariahilferstraße i choose Wien Mitte instead (THANK GOD just look at the ratings of the other shop) Gabor the service manager immediately knew what was happening with my laptop so he started to fix it. Within 1,5 hours my mac was functioning again. The cherry on the top is that he didnt even make me pay anything for his assistance. He saved my whole project which i was working on for a whole month now. A big thumbs up for him ?? They offer a real knowledge within the industry and in Austria if it comes to Apple services, hmm well its a bit hard to find a good team. I strongly recommend them 5+

She went to the shop and said literally, I don’t know anything about smartwatches, I am thinking of buying one for my husband, but he does not have an IPhone, but an IPad and MacBook. Instead of advising her to rethink the option to buy an Apple watch (given the lack of having an IPhone), they convinced her to buy an Apple watch for 399 EUR plus apple warranty on the argument that I could connect the Apple watch without problems with my any Apple advice. When I could not connect it with anything, I went back to the shop in order to return the Apple watch in exchange for the purchase price or at least a store credit. But they did not take any responsibility. They admitted wrong advice, but did not offer any solution and they started to change the argument as they pleased such as: -They cannot change it or return it because it is not originally packed. -They cannot return it because I turn it on once (even if not paired or set any settings). -They cannot return it because the warranty has already been running for 10 days (since my wife bought it) and they cannot resell it with less warranty. -They do not resale used products.

Forget about apple store in Vienna, it’s a disaster. If you need help or have any questions go there.
