★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a terrible experience here. I am a student abroad and my screen cracked, so I took it here. They could have replaced the screen for me, but it would have taken 3-5 days. Because I am not from here, I could not go this long without a phone.
Then, I asked at the counter if I was eligible for an upgrade from my Apple account/membership. The employee asked me what "upgrade" means and I explained it to him. He looked at me like I was crazy, explaining that there were "no accounts" and "no contracts." In fact, he was so rude to me, I left crying. Would recommend going to an iDoc repair shop instead.

Of you want an apple, McShark is a place to buy it. Beware the price ,bit that's to be expected if you buy Apple productS. - best wishes Canary

When I got my iPhone fixed, I received a replacement iPhone for the duration of the repair time. It says at the Homepage That the replacement IPhone is for free but they charged me immediately for this although my McCare+ (2 years) ist only 9 month old. When I got my iPhone back, the Customer service forgot to give me back my simcard. Even the Silicone Case was broken too and they say (online support service) there is only a 1 year guarantee… as I mentioned I bought it 9 month ago… what’s not clear about this? They have to do a precise training for their employee.. the service is inadequate.
