Geschäft war schon oft bei ihnen in jeder Abteilung von auch einkaufen war immer sehr begeistert wie nett die Mitarbeiter/in sind. Würde auch gerne 10 Sterne geben aber auf googel geht es nur bis 5 daher bekommt ihr die vollen 5 Sterne von mir für die Bewertung von mir. T	Tine N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte mal ein gutes Service mit zuvorkommend kompetenten Mitarbeitern. Jz wird mit "Service Entgelten" der Kunde abgezockt. Wollte ja nur eine Handy-Tarifauskunft für Wertkarte und sollte dafür €10 bezahlen - weil "sie fahren ja auch nicht mit dem Auto in die Werkstätte und zahlen nichts dafür" wurde mir rotzlöffelfrech erklärt. Ein Geschäft weiter wurde mir sehr nett geholfen. Ach ja - Smartphone darf man dort schon auch kaufen, aber fürs Wechseln der SIM Karte und die Datenübertragung werden dann sogar € 40 verlangt. Liebe Leute - solltet ihr das nicht selbst schaffen dann fragt jd in eurem Verwandten oder Bekanntenkreis: das ist mit ein paar Handgriffen und ein bisserl Zeit abgetan. Rechtfertigt keinesfalls den Preis! Once had a good service with courteous, competent employees. Now the customer is being ripped off with "service fees". I only wanted a mobile phone rate information for a prepaid card and was supposed to pay € 10 for it - because "you don't drive to the workshop and don't pay anything for it" was explained to me cheekily. One business further I was given very nice help. Oh yes - you can buy a smartphone there, but you will be charged € 40 for changing the SIM card and transferring data. Dear people - should you not be able to do it yourself then ask someone in your relatives or circle of acquaintances: that is done with a few simple steps and a little time. In no way justifies the price!
