F	Florian Hartl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim reingehen wurde mir meine brille erstmals "aus den händen gerissen" - die "supernette" und aufgedrehte dame hat mir dann die brille geputzt und die schrauben festgezogen - jetzt ist sie schief (danke dafür). Als ich dann mehrere brillen probierte und nicht fündig wurde, lies sich besagte "nette" verkäuferin über mich beim kollegen aus und gab mir einen nachruf. Ich wollte zu einem späteren zeitpunkt eine brille kaufen, aber das wird jetzt nichts mehr. DANKE FÜR NICHTS! When I walked in, my glasses were "ripped out of my hands" for the first time - the "super nice" and cranky lady then cleaned my glasses and tightened the screws - now they are crooked (thanks for that). When I tried several glasses and did not find what I was looking for, the "nice" seller said about me to my colleague and gave me an obituary. I wanted to buy glasses at a later date, but that won't work anymore. THANKS FOR NOTHING!

Alle total nett, geduldig und sehr kompetent. Betritt man das Geschäft, wird sofort nach jemanden geläutet, dass man nie lange warten muss. Sind wir in der Innenstadt, gehen wir gerne dort vorbei und lassen mal eben unsere Brillen sauber machen. Einfach so. Alles top! Have been customers in this store for years and have always been totally satisfied! Everything is just right here. Good selection, good prices, sensational service. All very nice, patient and very competent. When you enter the store, someone rings immediately, so you never have to wait long. Are we in the city center, we like to go there and let's just make our glasses clean. Just because. Everything perfect!

Ich wurde trotz Ärztlichem Attest sofort sehr unfreundlich des Ladens verwiesen und behandelt wie ein Mensch zweiter Klasse von eurem Verkäufer. PFUI kann ich da nur sagen, habe meine neue 500 Euro teure Brille jetzt bei United Optics gekauft! NIE WIEDER FIELMANN! I'll never leave 1 cent with you again! Despite my medical certificate, I was immediately referred from the shop in a very unfriendly manner and treated like a second-class person by your salesman. PFUI I can only say that I have now bought my new 500 euro glasses from United Optics! NEVER AGAIN FIELMANN!

Service wird groß geschrieben, Brillen werden kostenlos gereinigt und nachjustiert. Empfehlung! PS: Sicherheit und Hygiene wird sehr ernst genommen! Zutritt zur mit MNS, bei Eintritt müssen die Hände desinfiziert werden und die Tische und Sesseln werden nach jedem Kunden desinfiziert. Habe mich wohl gefühlt. Top!
