O	Oswald Trachsler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollten mir bei einem MacBook pro mit über 5 Jahren die Tastatur tauschen, schuld am ganzen Problem war das zu kurze Kabel, im Internet bestellt, selber getauscht und es funktioniert wieder! Tastatur geputzt. Reklamation der Servicegebühr war zwecklos und nur das Kabel wollten sie nicht tauschen. Somit bleibt über McShark nur der schlechte Eindruck und in Zukunft mache ich einen grossen Bogen!! I wanted to replace the keyboard on a MacBook pro when I was over 5 years old, to blame for the whole problem was the short cable, ordered on the Internet, replaced it myself and it works again! Keyboard cleaned. Complaint about the service fee was pointless and only the cable they didn't want to exchange. So there is only a bad impression about McShark and in the future I will avoid it !!

Beratung und Info Top. 5 Sterne 19.01.2021 Ich weiß das die, die nen Job haben, teilweise überfordert sind mit soviel Anfragen aber es kann nicht sein das man nach 15 Minuten Warteschleife rausgeschmissen wird und das 3x hinter einander (war nicht das erste Mal) euer Support sollte mal etwas überarbeitet werden. 0 Sterne December 7th, 2020 Super nice and polite despite Corona circumstances. Advice and information top. 5 Stars 01/19/2021 I know that those who have a job are sometimes overwhelmed with so many inquiries, but it cannot be that you are thrown out after 15 minutes on hold and that 3x in a row (not the first time) your support should be revised a little will. 0 stars

Die Lage vom Geschäft ist auch sehr angenehm. Kein weiter Weg. Von der Einkaufspromenade in unter 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Auswahl ist entsprechend groß und es werden auch Artikel von Drittanbietern angeboten, nicht nur Apple. Die Services wie Reparatur und Finanzierungen sind auch sehr professionell aufgezogen. Persönlich habe ich bereits sehr gute Erfahrungen mit dem Reparaturservice gemacht. Unkompliziert und sehr kompetent durchgeführt. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Super friendly and helpful team. Takes the extra minute to explain a product particularly well. The location of the shop is also very pleasant. No further way. From the shopping promenade in less than 10 minutes. I	Irmgard Reismann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kam zum Geschäft, um ein Kabel für mein MacBook zu kaufen und bat den Verkäufer das Kabel an meinem mitgebrachten MacBook auszuprobieren, da ich 90 km zu fahren hatte. Trotz Versicherung, dass es passen würde, hatte ich zuhause dann ein falsches Kabel. Beim Umtausch war ein anderer Verkäufer sehr unfreundlich. Es gab keine Entschuldigung oder ein nettes Wort. Ich kann dieses Geschäft auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. I came to the store to buy a cable for my MacBook and asked the seller to try the cable on my MacBook I had brought with me as I had 90 km to drive. Despite assurances that it would fit, I ended up with the wrong cable at home. When exchanging another seller was very rude. There was no apology or a kind word. I cannot recommend this shop at all.

Klar ist Apple eine gehobenere Preisklasse als der 0815 Handyshop um die Ecke, aber dafür habt ihr auch den Support von Leuten, welche sich rund um die Uhr mit den Produkten auseinandersetzen und einen Ansprechpartner, der im worst case jemanden kennt, der eine Lösung hat. Bei den meisten negativen Bewertungen hier merkt man auch gleich, welche Kunden ihren Frust abladen müssen, es gibt immer 2 Seiten einer Geschichte, so viel sei gesagt. Alles Gute und weiter so. Very good service, I have bought several devices here and the team has always been extremely helpful and looked into every issue. Of course, Apple is in a higher price range than the 0815 mobile phone shop around the corner, but you also have the support of people who deal with the products around the clock and a contact person who, in the worst case, knows someone who has a solution. With most of the negative reviews here, you can tell right away which customers have to unload their frustration, there are always 2 sides to a story, that much can be said. S	Susan W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliche Mitarbeiter und sehr guter Service. Bei meiner Apple Watch (im Juli 21 hier gekauft) hat ein Update nicht funktioniert und die Watch hat sich "aufgehängt". Bin hin gefahren und ein Mitarbeiter hat mir prompt geholfen, nach ca. 1 Stunde hat die Watch wieder funktioniert. Dafür wurden € 35,- verrechnet, das ist echt in Ordnung. Dankeschön. Friendly staff and very good service. An update did not work on my Apple Watch (bought here in July 21) and the watch "hung". I went there and an employee helped me promptly, after about 1 hour the watch worked again. €35 was charged for this, which is really fine. Thank you very much.

Als ich letztes Mal ein Kabel für mein iPad gekauft habe, hat mir ein Verkäufer das falsches verkauft. Von Freundlichkeit hat man auch nichts gemerkt beim umtauschen, ganz im Gegenteil. Finde die Kompetenz fehlt mittlerweile total! Sollte vielleicht mal das Personal ausgetauscht werden oder die Geschäftsführung! Ich kann das Geschäft leider nicht empfehlen. You didn't notice anything about friendliness when exchanging, quite the opposite. Find the competence is now totally missing! Maybe the staff should be replaced or the management!
