★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Mail wurde leider nicht beantwortet/ignoriert, der Service ist auch dürftig. (keine Rücksendungen, Rückmeldungen und lange Wartezeiten für Bestellungen), das Personal ist jedoch bei direkten Kontakt freundlich.
Unfortunately my mail was not answered / ignored, the service is poor. (no returns, feedback and long waiting times for orders), but the staff is friendly when contacted directly.
