★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da mein Gehörschutz zum Schutz vor nächtlichem Schnarchen meines Partners schon in die Jahre gekommen ist und nicht mehr richtig passte, entschied ich mich zum Kauf eines individuell angepassten Gehörschutz der Firma Neuroth. Ich vereinbarte einen Termin und stellte sofort klar das ich einen Gehörschutz benötige bei dem absolute Stille herrscht. Die mir sehr kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiterin (daher zwei Sterne!). Erklärte mir, dass man auch über die Haut Geräusche wahrnimmt und daher absolute Stille nicht möglich sei. Leider entspricht der nach ca. 1 Woche erhaltene Gehörschutz absolut nicht meinen Vorstellungen. Ein Vergleich mit meinem alten Gehörschutz, welcher von der Firma Neuroth selbst durchgeführt wurde, ergab wesentlich schlechtere Ergebnisse für den von der Firma angefertigten Gehörschutz als für den billigen von Amazon erstandenen einige Jahre alten Gehörschutz. Trotz allem musste ich den Gehörschutz kaufen, da ich ihn angeblich ja schon bestellt hatte. Ich habe meiner Meinung, einen Gehörschutz für absolute Stille bis auf die Geräusche, welche über die Haut aufgenommen werden, bestellt. Ich denke diese Bestellung wurde nicht erfüllt. Ich werde ab jetzt wieder bei Amazon kaufen, die heimische Wirtschaft verdient meiner Meinung keine Förderung für diese Qualität.
Since my hearing protection to protect my partner from nightly snoring is already getting old and no longer fitting, I decided to buy a customized hearing protection from Neuroth. I made an appointment and immediately made it clear that I need hearing protection with absolute silence. The very competent and friendly employee (therefore two stars!). Explained to me that noises can be heard through the skin and therefore absolute silence is not possible. Unfortunately, the hearing protection received after about 1 week does not meet my expectations at all. A comparison with my old hearing protection, which was carried out by the Neuroth company itself, showed much worse results for the hearing protection manufactured by the company than for the cheap hearing protection that Amazon had bought for a few years. Despite everything, I had to buy the hearing protection, because I had already ordered it. In my opinion, I ordered hearing protection for absolute silence except for the sounds that are absorbed through the skin. I think this order was not fulfilled. I will buy from Amazon again from now on, the domestic economy does not deserve any promotion for this quality in my opinion.
