Was just at the tax office in Liezen. So this rudeness and arrogance is really unique what this lady has shown today.

Auf nochmaliges sagen das wir schon so lange warten wurde von der Dame einfach aufgelegt! After 3 months we wanted to ask what it looks like with our application! Were snapped at that it just takes as long as it takes! To say again that we have been waiting so long, the lady simply hung up!

Von Graz kommend waren wir schon früher da und wurden trotzdem sofort von einem Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen. Dann erfolgte eine überaus kompetente Beratung und der Herr half mir beim Ausfüllen der Formulare, da ich dieses Anliegen das erste Mal einreichen wollte. In kürzester Zeit war alles erledigt und mein Mann und ich waren begeistert über diese Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft und möchten uns auch auf diesem Weg nochmals bedanken. Today we had an appointment at the tax office in Liezen. Coming from Graz, we were there earlier and were immediately welcomed very friendly by a member of staff. Then there was an extremely competent consultation and the gentleman helped me to fill out the forms, since I wanted to submit this request for the first time. Everything was taken care of in a very short time and my husband and I were enthusiastic about this friendliness and willingness to help and would like to take this opportunity to thank you again.
