Wenn sie unbedingt zum FINANZAMT in Liezen wollen, dann brauchen sie nur an der Kreuzung der Ennstal Bundesstrasse, der Europastrasse E 651und der Phyrnpass Bundesstrasse, B 138 in Richtung Stadtmitte folgen. Nach ein paar hundert Metern liegt es zu ihrer Linken. Direkt vor dem Kreisverkehr vor der Arkade Liezen. Parkplätze sind kein Problem, die Arkade und der Eurospar besitzen derer jede Menge. Sogar als Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Ob sie als Steuerzahler, also normaler Erdenbürger oder Gewerbetreibender im FINANZAMT LIEZEN erscheinen spielt keine Rolle. Sie werden nach der Empfangshalle in den verschiedenen Büros freundlich empfangen. Geschäftige Beamte (kein Spaß) kauen ob der vielen und komplizierten Akten an ihren Kugelschreibern (Scherz) und schauen angestrengt in ihre Computer. Sie werden mit ihrem Anliegen nicht alleine gelassen. Die Mühlen der Beamtenwelt mahlen vielleicht etwas langsam, weil genau, aber dafür sorgsam. Die Beamten des FINANZAMTES LIEZEN machen ihre Arbeit ordentlich. Wenn sie Fragen haben, kommen sie, man wird sich um sie kümmern. R	Reb Ecca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sagen wir es freundlich, der Service hängt davon ab wer am Hörer ist. 1. Mal angerufen: Unfreundlich, Fehlinformationen. 2. Mal angerufen: sehr freundlich, richtige Informationen. Es sollte so eigentlich nicht sein, aber wenigstens kommt man am Ende dann doch zu einer richtigen Antwort. Mein Tipp an alle: Wenn euch die Antwort komisch vorkommt, nochmal anrufen und hoffen, dass jemand anders dran ist. P.S.: Wenn es ginge wären es 2,5 Sterne für die 50/50 Chance auf gute Informationen und freundliches Personal. Aber nach mathematischen Regeln runden wir mal auf ;) Let's say it friendly, the service depends on who is on the phone. 1st time called: rude, misinformation. 2nd time called: very friendly, right information. It should not be that way, but at least you will end up with a correct answer. My tip to all: If you find the answer strange, call again and hope that someone else's turn. P.S .: If it were, it would be 2.5 stars for the 50/50 chance of good information and friendly staff. But according to mathematical rules we round it up;)

Wollte dann mal anrufen wo sich der Brief so rum treiben könnte, aber haben ja wegen Corona zu, aber versteh vollkommen! Warum zu Corona-Zeiten Kompetenz vorweisen wenn man es sonst auch nie macht. I requested my online access data and my TIN over 3 months ago. Then I wanted to call where the letter could be hanging around, but closed because of Corona, but understand completely! Why show competence in Corona times when you never do it otherwise.

Es ist eine Schande für das bürgerfreundliche Land Österreich! I can only agree: No contact possible !! Nobody answers the phone, not even after an hour !!!! No possibility for e-mail contact! It is a shame for the citizen-friendly country of Austria!

Auf die Ausarbeitung meiner Arbeitnehmerveranlagung, wartete ich dann von September bis März des Folgejahres. Aber was mich riesig ärgert ist, das ich dem Finanzamt schreibe das sämtliche Einzahlungen, bitte auf ein anderes Konto zu überweisen, bei der Steuerrückzahlung ging das auch, aber die Familienbeihilfe wird weiter auf das alte Konto überwiesen. Eben ein Anruf zur Klärung der Situation. 15 min Warteschleife, dann geht einer ran, sagt warten sie ich leite Sie weiter. Die Ansage sagt leider ist der Dienst nicht möglich, blablabla, und legt auf?? I visited the agency and was given friendly help. N	Nicole Tanner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mann ruft mehrmals an es hebt niemand ab aber nach dem 5 mal probieren hebt entlich wer ab. Mann fragt freundlich wie lange eine Bearbeitung bzw. eine überprüfung dauert mann bekommt nur die antwort 6 Monate haben sie zeit, mit nicht sehr freundlichen Ton die letzten jahre ging es immer schnell meine Kollegen hatten es innerhalb 10 tagen. I'm internet steht bis zu 11.5 Tage. Man calls several times, nobody picks up but after trying 5 times someone picks up. You ask in a friendly manner how long a processing or a check takes you only get the answer 6 months you have time, with a not very friendly tone the last few years it was always fast my colleagues had it within 10 days. I'm internet up to 11.5 days.
W	Wuschel Wusch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was soll man da noch sagen?Bearbeitungszeitraum wird im Internet mit ca. 11 Tagen angegeben,….?Steuerausgleich wurde Anfang Jänner durchgeführt, auf Nachfrage wurde gesagt es sind alle Unterlagen vorhanden und es wird sofort bearbeitet?jetzt haben wir Anfang März?auf nochmalige Nachfrage sagte die Dame sie hätten 6Monate Zeit den Akt zu bearbeiten?sollte ich mal wieder eine Rechnung bekommen auf der steht ich hätte 2 Wochen um die Summe zu begleichen, werd ich mich auch auf eine 6 Monatige Bearbeitungszeit Stützen?mal sehen wie euch das gefällt, der normal Bürger empfindet so was als Frechheit??Nachtrag: 21.3.22 noch mal nachgefragt was den jetzt los ist, weil andere personen ihren steuerbescheid nach knapp 2 wochen in den Händen hatten,...? Die Dame war die erste die mir sagte das mein Bescheid auf eine Liste steht und überprüft werden müsste und es deshalb so lange dauert!?! Das kann ich jetzt glauben oder nicht, finde es halt komisch das anscheinend mein Bescheid jedes Jahr zur überprüfung fällig wird,....??warum und wiso, das wissen nur die Finanzgötter! I can believe that now or not, I just think it's funny that apparently my decision is due for review every year....??why and who knows, only the financial gods know that!

Sobad das FA mehr zahlen muss stellen sie sich dumm und wissen von nix ... Würde man so in der Privatwirtschaft arbeiten, hätten die keinen Job mehr !!!!! Zeigt ja alleine schon die Rezensionen hier bei Google! Besser als 2,5 Sterne gibt es hie nichts ... IST JA NICHT DEREN GELD bzw. DEREN UNTERNEHMEN! Tax equalization 2020 not processed until today! August 2020 Complaint filed against the decision and nothing has happened since! As soon as the FA has to pay more, they pretend to be stupid and don't know anything... If you worked like that in the private sector, they wouldn't have a job anymore!!!!! Shows alone the reviews here on Google! There is nothing better than 2.5 stars here...
