P	Prophecy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich musste - Gott sei Dank - noch nicht oft bei diesem Finanzamt anrufen, aber bisher wurde mit mir gesprochen wie wenn es eine Frechheit gewesen wäre, dort etwas nachzufragen. So etwas unfreundliches würde sich in der Privatwirtschaft nicht lange halten. Weiterhelfen konnte man mir selbstverständlich nicht weil es ist ja "ganz normal" dass es Monate dauert bis ein Antrag bearbeitet wird also was fällt mir überhaupt ein dort nachzufragen. Thankfully, I haven't had to call this tax office often, but so far I've been spoken to as if it had been a cheek to ask something there. Something so unfriendly would not last long in the private sector. Of course, they couldn't help me because it is "completely normal" that it takes months to process an application, so what do I have to ask there?

Das Beste: gute Rezensionen werden vorgereiht, schlechte können ganz nach hinten. Aber ein Schnitt von 1,7 sagt alles. Geschützte Werkstätte? Nobody picks up and at some point you get thrown off the line. The worst guys have to work there. The best: good reviews are ranked first, bad reviews can be backwards. But a cut of 1.7 says it all. Protected workshops?

Antrag für die erhöhte Familienbeihilfe vor 3 1/2 Monaten gestellt, ruft man an, landet man in der Warteschleife für etwa 20 MInuten, danach wird einfach aufgelegt. Jeder Mitarbeiter sagt einem etwas anderes. Man wird ausgelacht und einem gesagt, ja andere warten bis zu einem halben Jahr. Eine Frechheit so zu arbeiten!! If I could give minus stars, then I would. Application for the increased family allowance was submitted 3 1/2 months ago, you call, you end up on hold for about 20 minutes, then you simply hang up. Every employee tells you something different. You are laughed at and told, yes, others wait up to six months. A cheek to work like that!

Zum Glück gibt es Finanzonline, denn dann braucht man wenigstes diese unfreundlichen und unsympathischen Mitarbeiter nicht sehen. D	Dietmar Hochrainer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da bekomme ich schneller beim Papst einen Termin, bevor beim Finanzamt jemand an das Telefon geht!!! 30 min. Warteschleife, rauswurf aus der Leitung...? Serviceleistung minus 10!! Da Online nicht alles selber bearbeitet werden kann zb. die Berufsgruppenpauschale! I can get an appointment with the Pope faster before someone answers the phone at the tax office!!! 30 min. Waiting loop, kicked out of the line...? service minus 10!! Since not everything can be edited online, e.g. the professional group flat rate!
