Auch telefonisch keine Probleme. You just have to come to the right consultant and all of our concerns will be resolved, very competent and human people there. No problems over the phone either.

W	Werner Weixelbaumer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorerst das Gute (5 Sterne!): Sooft ich Mitarbeiterinnen des Finanzamtes um Auskunft bat, fiel mir immer ihre Freundlichkeit auf, ihre Kompetenz, ihr Bemühen mir zu helfen und mich zu beraten. Heuer aber scheint in meiner Arbeitnehmerveranlagung der Kirchenbeitrag 2020 nicht auf, ich rief im Laufe einiger Wochen immer wieder an, wurde von einer freundlichen Computerstimme zur entsprechenden Dienststelle geleitet und wurde mit dem Hinweis, es werde sich "in Kürze ein Mitarbeiter oder eine Mitarbeiterin" um mein Anliegen kümmern, in die Warteschleife entlassen. Dort wartete ich jedesmal bis zu einer Viertelstunde - vergeblich. Heute las ich die kleine Notiz über die vorübergehend geschlossenen Finanzämter. Eine kurze Mitteilung auf dem Tonband hätte mir viel Zeit und Ärger erspart. 26.10. Nun, nach einem halben Jahr, möchte ich meine Rezension ergänzen: Ich habe einen Termin beim Finanzamt reserviert und mein Anliegen dargelegt. Tags darauf rief mich eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin an und sagte mir, ich müsse nicht zum Amt kommen, sie habe mein Anliegen an die zuständige Stelle weitergeleitet. Kurze Zeit darauf war mein Geld auf dem Konto. Vielen Dank, jetzt wieder 5 Sterne! First the good (5 stars!): Whenever I asked employees of the tax office for information, I always noticed their friendliness, their competence, their efforts to help me and to advise me. This year, however, the church contribution 2020 does not appear in my employee tax assessment, I called over and over again over the course of a few weeks, was directed to the relevant department by a friendly computer voice and was told that there would be "an employee soon" take care of my request, put on hold. There I waited up to a quarter of an hour each time - in vain. Today I read the little note about the temporarily closed tax offices. A short message on tape would have saved me a lot of time and trouble. 10/26 Now, after six months, I would like to add to my review: I have reserved an appointment with the tax office and presented my request. The next day a friendly employee called me and told me I didn't have to come to the office, she passed my request on to the responsible office. A short time later my money was in the account. Thank you, now 5 stars again!
J	JasKo Murtic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warte 45min in der leitung, werde dann verbunden und warte weitere 20min dann meldet sich eine sehr unfreundliche dame und legt mir auf ohne mein problem gelöst zu haben! Wait 45 minutes on the line, then get connected and wait another 20 minutes, then a very unfriendly lady answers and hangs up on me without having solved my problem!
E	Elisabeth Mair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es hat sich sehr viel positives Verändert, am Finanzamt linz , ich habe mir einen Termin geholt , und bei der Buchung gleich mein Anliegen nieder geschrieben , promt wurde alles sofort in die Wege geleitet und meine Anliegen von den Damen in der Familiebeihilfe alles ausführlich geklärt ,Danke der Fleißigen Dame , die alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit geregelt , hat, ich brauchte auch meinen Termin nicht wahrnehmen . Ich hab mich sehr gefreut , das alles so schnell ging A lot of positive things have changed, at the Linz tax office, I made an appointment and wrote down my request right away when booking, everything was promptly set in motion and my concerns were clarified in detail by the ladies in the family allowance, Thanks to the busy lady who arranged everything to my satisfaction, I didn't have to keep my appointment either. I was very happy that everything went so quickly

From february till mid august, after 4 papers 7 calls and nobody knows how to fix nothing. Dont let me tell tou if you want to call how much time you have to wait. Please let me know where can i give my c.v. I will teach you how to work faster and smarter. Maybe then you will learn to solve other peoples problems.
