J	Julia Zettler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war immer sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und bin auch diesesmal extra vom Eli (wo es ja jetzt auch einen Drei Shop gibt) rauf gefahren in die Arkade. Das war an einem Samstag und es war fünf vor 2 Uhr. Leider habe ich nicht gewusst, dass der Shop samstags um 14 Uhr schließt. Aber wie gesagt es war 5 vor. Der etwas genervt junge Mann hat mir dann gleich beim Eingang gesagt, dass sie zusperren. Ich fragte nochmal nach ob ich nicht schnell eine Auskunft bekommen könnte. Nein, er hat schon alles abgeschlossen und ich soll ins Eli zum Drei Shop gehen. Gut da war ich dann auch, die Dame dort war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Es hat 5 min gedauert bis ich alles wusste was ich wissen wollte. So kann man langjährige Kunden verlieren!!! I was always very satisfied with the service and this time I drove up from the Eli (which now also has a Drei Shop) to the arcade. That was on a Saturday and it was five to two. Unfortunately, I didn't know that the shop would close at 2 p.m. on Saturdays. But as I said it was 5 before. The somewhat annoyed young man told me at the entrance that they would be locked. I asked again whether I could get information quickly. No, he's already finished everything and I'm supposed to go to the Drei Shop in Eli. Well, I was there too, the lady there was very friendly and tried hard. It took 5 minutes until I knew everything I wanted to know. This is how you can lose long-term customers!

I AM AN ETERNAL 3 customer (there was one or orange before) .... But since MostWanted has existed, I've been enthusiastic !! Competent -very friendly-always trying to find a solution-especially if you are a technical genius like me !! ..... Are really all top! .... A GREAT TEAM?????

Besonders zu loben ist der Verkäufer Markus, sehr kompetenter netter Mann. Fast, competent and affordable service. I'm always very satisfied with the purchase and the repair service. Special praise is the seller Markus, a very competent, nice man.
A	AnGy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren soeben in der Filiale und würden beide mit je einem anderen Anliegen enttäuscht. Seit der Chef nicht mehr selber in der Filiale ist geht es leider drastisch bergab ? Keine Kompetenzen mehr Vor Ort und null Beratung. Wollte mir ein Handy kaufen in Bar ohne Vertragsverlängerung. Okay das Modell ist derzeit nur schwer lieferbar jedoch hätte man mir ein ähnliches Modell anbieten können. Im gleichen Preis Segment und ähnlicher Ausstattung. Meinem Mann wurde leider auch nicht weiter geholfen. Früher bekam man ein Service Waren immer gern Kunden von Most Wanted.... jetzt werden wir uns den Weg dorthin ernsthaft überdenken Schade Have just been to the branch and would both be disappointed with a different issue. Since the boss is no longer in the branch himself, things have unfortunately gone downhill drastically ? No more skills on site and no advice. I wanted to buy a cell phone in cash without extending my contract. Okay, the model is currently difficult to deliver, but I could have been offered a similar model. In the same price segment and with similar features. Unfortunately, my husband was not helped either. You used to get a service Always liked being customers of Most Wanted ... now we will seriously reconsider the way there Pity
