Ich würde den Angestellten mal raten in einen wirklichen Beruf zu wechseln, damit denen mal die Augen geöffnet werden.
Einzig und allein die MitarbeiterInnen bei der Servicehotline in Wien waren/sind immer sehr freundlich!
Unfriendly, slow, no competence ... unfortunately there is nothing more to say here.
I would advise the employees to switch to a real job so that their eyes are opened.
Only the employees at the service hotline in Vienna were / are always very friendly!
