B	Bernhard Strasser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wahnsinn wie unfreundlich man am Telefon bedient wird - weiß leider nicht ob ich in Amstetten oder in einer Zentrale angekommen bin. Die Dame am Telefon schafft es locker in die Top 3 der unfreundlichsten Kundenkontakte. Ich habe angerufen und gefragt auf welche Kontonummer Geld ans Finanzamt überwiesen werden kann bzw. wo diese zu finden sei. Außer Meldungen ob ich nicht selbst googeln könne kam leider keine sinnhafte Aussage. Auf die Frage wo ich eine Kontonummer finden kann konnte mir leider auch keine Auskunft gegeben werden. Sehr traurig. It's crazy how unfriendly you are served on the phone - unfortunately I don't know whether I have arrived in Amstetten or in a head office. The lady on the phone easily makes it into the top 3 most unfriendly customer contacts. I called and asked which account number money can be transferred to the tax office or where it can be found. Apart from reports whether I could not google myself, there was unfortunately no meaningful statement. When asked where I can find an account number, I was unfortunately unable to provide any information. Very sad.
t	three CB's on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schade dass man sich diese Fr Kromoser nicht aussuchen kann wenn man beim Finanzamt anruft.... (die dürfte anscheinend nett sein..) ist schon schade wie man behandelt wird dort wenn man mal anruft und eine Frage hat..Bearbeitungen dauern unendlich lange..von Höflichkeit haben sie anscheinend dort noch nicht recht viel gehört..schließlich werden diese Menschen dort dafür bezahlt.....man hat eh absolut keine Chance ein Mail oder sowas zu schreiben..da erwartet man sich wenigstens Höflichkeit!! Es hat mal geheißen das Kinder erst ab 18 überprüft werden jährlich ob man weiter die Familienbeihilfe bekommt..bzw muss man sich melden wenn sich was ändert...wir sind Österreicher und haben JEDES Jahr diese Prüfung... (4 Kinder..) Irgendwie habe ich das Gefühl diese Bewertungen sehen die beim Finanzamt nie....außerdem frage ich mich - als Privatperson kann man sich beim Finanzamt nichts leisten..immer muss alles sofort parat sein..alles pipifein beisammen sein,....doch braucht man von denen was...hat man echt schon Angst vorm Anruf...unglaublich...das kann sich normal keiner leisten in seinem Beruf!!! (aja leider muss man einen Stern nehmen!!:) It is a shame that you can not choose this Fr Kromoser when you call the tax office .... (which should apparently be nice ..) It's a shame how you are treated there when you call and have a question .. Processing takes infinitely long .. apparently they haven't heard much about politeness there .. after all, these people are paid for it there ..... you have absolutely no chance to write a mail or something anyway .. you at least expect politeness !! It was once said that children are only checked annually from the age of 18 to see whether they continue to receive the family allowance ... or you have to report if something changes ... we are Austrians and have this test EVERY year ... (4 children ..) Somehow I have the feeling that I never see these reviews at the tax office .... I also ask myself - as a private person, you can't afford anything at the tax office..Everything has to be ready immediately..Everything must be together, .... yes do you need something from them ... you are really afraid of the phone call ... unbelievable ... nobody can normally afford that in his job !!! (yes unfortunately you have to take a star !! :)
G	Günther Vrabel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monatelange Bearbeitungszeit,Hotline erreicht man nach meiner erfahrung und vielfachen Anrufen ab 10 Minuten aufwärts;dann allerdings freundliches Personal wobei wiederum nur hingewiesen werden kann das eh schon bearbeitet wird!! Months of processing time, hotline can be reached in my experience and multiple calls from 10 minutes upwards; then, however, friendly staff where again only can be pointed out that it is already being processed anyway!

Wie sollte man jetzt zu wichtigen Fragen Antworten bekommen? Called several times at different times and days. No one available! The info center is also closed! How should one get answers to important questions now?

Unzählige Anrufe (zu unterschiedlichsten Tageszeiten) führen nur in eine nicht enden wollende Warteschleife. Bürgernähe stelle ich mir anders vor! Unfortunately, the Amstetten tax office cannot be reached by citizens, at least not by phone. Countless calls (at different times of the day) only lead to a never-ending queue. I imagine being close to the citizens different!
H	Helge Frank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tagelang niemand telefonisch erreichbar. Die Bearbeitung von Anträgen dauert Monate. E-Mail-Verkehr ist prinzipiell nicht möglich. Unglaublich, dass sich in unserem Land solche Zustände etablieren konnten! Nobody could be reached by phone for days. Applications take months to process. In principle, e-mail traffic is not possible. It is unbelievable that such conditions could establish themselves in our country!

Unfortunately worst customer service ever. You have to be very persistent when you need something, call 10 times and hang on. As in the Middle Ages. ?
