★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had two different experiences at this place the first time I went there the guy that runs the store was in a bad mood maybe he has a bad bad day and the second time I went there he was really helpful and showed me his bicycles and sold me properly and explained everything what I wanted to know so all in all it's 5 stars because people are just people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I need one tiny bolt for my bike, he asked for 4€ for the bolt and wouldn’t lend me the tool to tighten it on the bike, he said I can pay him extra for that.. ive been to many bike shops in Vienna but this one is has absolute worse costumer service.
