M	Michal Paulus Klucka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An meinem Fahrrad wurde schon mehr als fünf Jahre nichts mehr repariert, dementsprechend viel musste gemacht und entsprechend teuer war die Reparatur. Nach dem Service und den notwendigen Reparaturen ist es aber wieder wie neu. Bin sehr zufrieden. Einzig musst ich zwei Wochen darauf verzichten, was allerdings bei der Kompetenz verständlich ist (dass Hr. Vesecky viele Kunden hat) und ich gerne in Kauf genommen habe! Nothing has been repaired on my bike for more than five years, so a lot had to be done and the repair was correspondingly expensive. After the service and the necessary repairs, it is like new again. I am very pleased. Only I have to do without it for two weeks, which is understandable in terms of competence (that Mr. Vesecky has many customers) and I gladly accepted it!
H	Heinz Heinzmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da in beiden Reifen meines E-Rollers der Luftdruck zu gering war und die Ventile schlecht zugänglich sind, bin ich zum Aufpumpen um die Ecke zu Vesecky gefahren. Dort geschah Folgendes: Beim Versuch, die Pumpendüse ins Ventil zu stecken, brach Herr Vesecky das Ventil ab. Danach sagte er: "Im Reifen war keine Luft. Sie sind mit einem Plattfuß hierher gekommen." In den vielen Jahren meiner Erfahrung mit Werkstätten – Auto, Motorrad und jetzt eben auch E Roller – gab es sicher nicht nur Erfreuliches. Aber eine so freche Lüge ist mir wirklich noch nie untergekommen: Er bricht vor meinen Augen das Ventil ab und tut dann so, als wäre es schon vorher kaputt gewesen! Dafür gebührt ihm ein Preis, und ein Stern ist sicher nicht angemessen. Aber leider geht es in diesem Bewertungsschema nicht weiter nach unten. Falls Sie bei Vesecky einfach nur irgendetwas kaufen wollen, ist das vermutlich nicht weiter problematisch. Falls es aber auf irgendeine Weise um Verpflichtungen geht, die Herr Vesecky einhalten sollte, kann ich Ihnen nur dringend raten, eine andere Werkstatt aufzusuchen. Warum? Siehe oben. Since the air pressure in both tires of my e-scooter was too low and the valves are difficult to access, I drove around the corner to Vesecky to inflate. The following happened there: When trying to insert the pump nozzle into the valve, Mr. Vesecky broke off the valve. Then he said: "There was no air in the tire. You came here with a flat tire." In the many years of my experience with workshops - cars, motorcycles and now also e-scooters - there were certainly not only positive things. But I've never come across such a cheeky lie: He breaks the valve in front of my eyes and then pretends it was already broken! He deserves a price for this, and a star is certainly not appropriate. But unfortunately it doesn't go down any further in this rating scheme. If you just want to buy something from Vesecky, that is probably not a problem. But if there is any kind of obligation that Mr Vesecky should keep, I can only strongly advise you to go to another workshop. Why? See above.
G	Gina Polster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Wahnsinn! Ganz tolles Service, super schnell, zuverlässig und ein unschlagbares Preis / Leistungsverhältnis!! Mein Fahrrad kommt nie wieder woanders hin. Service plus eine Seite Ersatzteile und Upgrades und trotzdem <200 Euro innerhalb von einem Tag fertig zum Abholen - wo gibt es sowas sonst noch :) Madness! Great service, super fast, reliable and an unbeatable price / performance ratio! My bike will never go anywhere else. Service plus a page of spare parts and upgrades and still <200 euros ready for collection within one day - where else can you get that :)

P	Pete M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reifenwechsel und Lenkererhöhung fachgerecht, preiswert und rasch erledigt. Mit der nun eingebauten, verstellbaren Lenkererhöhung erspare ich mir nun den Osteopathen :-). Herr Vesecky ist ein Meister der alten Schule, der für jedes Problem eine Löseung findet - sehr empfehlenswert! Als nun jahrelanger, sehr zufriedener Kunde ein liebes Dankeschön! Tire change and handlebar riser done professionally, inexpensively and quickly. With the now built-in, adjustable handlebar riser, I save myself the osteopath :-). Mr. Vesecky is an old-school master who finds a solution to every problem - highly recommended! As a very satisfied customer for many years now, a big thank you!

I can not consider the price as I do not have a real comparison against other shops, but in the terms of satisfaction with work performed, Peter Vesecky bike store is absolute top. :) Will come again of course.
