Top Studio, I've been a customer for years, always trying very hard, repairs are usually possible on the same day or the next day at the latest and my nails are beautiful for weeks.

C	Candice Barlow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furchtbare Qualität, meine Gelnägel inkl. Schellack haben nach wenigen Tagen begonnen abzusplittern oder sich als Ganzes vom Nagel zu lösen. Das war jedoch schon der „Reparaturdurchgang“, da das erste Ergebnis so furchtbar ausgesehen hat, dass nochmal der Lack abgeschliffen und neu lackiert werden musste. Nie wieder! Um noch ergänzend auf Ihre Antwort zu reagieren: Die bestehende Modellage war vollkommen in Ordnung, lediglich schon ausgewachsen. Mit den kleinen "Knabbereien" hat bis jetzt jedes Studio absolut keine Probleme gehabt und das problemlos reparieren können - so dass es wochenlang bombenfest gehalten hat. Ihre Modellage war von der ersten Minute an NICHT in Ordnung. Optisch, wie technisch. Terrible quality, my gel nails incl. Shellac have begun to splinter off after a few days or to get rid of the nail as a whole. However, that was already the "repair passage", because the first result has looked so awful that again the paint had to be sanded and repainted. Never again! To additionally respond to your answer: The existing modelage was perfectly fine, only fully grown. With the little "nibbles", each studio has had absolutely no problems and has been able to repair that easily - so that it has been bombproof for weeks. Her modeling was NOT OK from the first minute. Optical, like technical.

Das Studio ist sehr gepflegt und auch die Erreichbarkeit ist top. Sehr positiv ist mir der hohe Hygienestandart aufgefallen. Ich kann dieses Nagelstudio jedem empfehlen! I have visited the salon several times for a manicure. A very familiar environment with highly trained staff. The studio is well maintained and the accessibility is great. I noticed the high standard of hygiene very positively. I can recommend this nail salon to everyone!

Sehr guter Service, Gelnägel immer zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit. Absplitterungen sind nicht zwangsweise die Schuld des Studios, Nägel wachsen, werden beansprucht etc., daher können Absplitterungen immer passieren. Wenn man das kurz nach dem Service bemerkt und meldet, wird das vom Studio her eigentlich bereinigt. Ist mir erst einmal passiert und war überhaupt kein Problem. Ich kann daher auch die negativen Rezensionen absolut nicht nachvollziehen! ... I have also been a regular customer for years! Clean, hygienic studio with very friendly and competent employees. Very good service, gel nails always to my complete satisfaction. Chipping is not necessarily the studio's fault, nails are growing, stressed, etc., so chipping can always happen. If you notice and report this shortly after the service, the studio actually cleans it up. It only happened to me once and wasn't a problem at all. I can therefore absolutely not understand the negative reviews! ...

Mal dort und bin mit dem Endergebnis jedes Mal absolut zufrieden! :-) Tolle Atmosphäre, ein liebes Team und ein hoher Wohlfühlfaktor. Freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Termin :-) TOP nail salon !! Ich bin eine wirkliche Stammkundin seit Jahren und das wäre ganz bestimmt nicht so wenn die Qualität und die Hygiene nicht wirklich perfekt wäre. Das Nagelstudio der Nagel bemüht sich wirklich auf die Wünsche und Beschwerden der Kunden einzugehen, was aber bei kaputten Nägeln per E-Mail!!!!! NICHT möglich ist, bei keinem Nagelstudio. Ich kann nur sagen: Top Qualität, Top Preis, Top Hygiene. Auch kurzfristige Termine bei „Nagelunfällen“ sind oftmals schon am selben Tag möglich. Mit Sicherheit eines der besten Nagelstudios Wiens!!!! So I can only vehemently repeat the previous speakers !!!!! I have been a regular customer for years and that would certainly not be the case if the quality and hygiene were not really perfect. Nagel nail studio really tries to respond to the wishes and complaints of customers, but what about broken nails via email !!!!! Is NOT possible at any nail salon. I can only say: top quality, top price, top hygiene. Even short-term appointments for “nail accidents” are often possible on the same day. Certainly one of the best nail salons in Vienna !!!!

Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich und kompetent und stets sehr bemüht. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist auch die familiäre Stimmung, man hat nie das Gefühl einfach schnell abgefertigt zu werden, sondern es wird sich Zeit genommen. Die Nägel selbst sehen wunderschön natürlich aus (sind schön dünn gearbeitet) und in all den Jahren hatte ich erst zweimal eine Reparatur (für diese konnte ich sogar kurzfristig vorbei schauen). Ich kann das Studio uneingeschränkt empfehlen! I've been a regular customer for years! The studio is very nice and the workplaces themselves are always clean and hygienic. The staff are very friendly and competent and always try very hard. A big plus is also the family atmosphere, you never have the feeling of being processed quickly, but it takes time. The nails themselves look beautifully natural (they are worked very thinly) and over the years I have only had two repairs (for this I could even drop by at short notice). I can fully recommend the studio!
