★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolles Service – hat meinen Kindern massiv während dem Lockdown geholfen – gestern ein Fahrrad gekauft und wieder positiv überrascht worden – es wurde gleich alles eingestellt, fahrfertig gemacht und konnte sofort mit meinem neuen Fahrrad nach Hause. Gerne wieder und kann ich nur empfehlen.
 Great service - helped my children a lot during the lockdown - bought a bike yesterday and was positively surprised again - everything was immediately adjusted, made ready to ride and could go home with my new bike straight away. Gladly again and I can only recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bremsen und Reifen für insgesamt knapp 150€ machen lassen. Bremsen nach 4 Wochen vorne beinahe auseinander gefallen, hinten ohne Zugkraft.
Noch schlimmer: ebenfalls nach kurzer Zeit beim Fahren bemerkt, dass der Vorderreifen Spiel hat. Zum Glück rechtzeitig überprüft, die Schrauben waren komplett lose. Hätte böse enden können. Darf niemals passieren, nie wieder.
Have the brakes and tires done for a total of just under 150€. Brakes almost fell apart at the front after 4 weeks, no traction at the rear.
Even worse: I noticed after a short time while driving that the front tire had play. Luckily checked in time, the screws were completely loose. Could have ended badly. Must never happen, never again.
