★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming to Sator Bike shop as a tourist with a bike issue and being helped by Giga is like coming to your own safe bike shop at home. I sold my bike and bought a new one. Giga is calm, professional and fast, and nothing seems to be a real problem. I highly recommend asking för Giga when solving any bike problems!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Vienna for a few days and was looking for bikes to rent for a low price. I mailed this shop and we could rent bikes for €10 per day. The staff was very helpful and friendly and gave us two perfect bikes with a lock. If we ever go to Vienna again, we will rent our bikes here!

The guys in Sator were super friendly and helpful, and found a frame that worked and made adjustments on the spot, all within 1 hour as we had a train to catch. So helpful and knowledgeable and a great variety of new and used bikes at very reasonable prices. Thank you Sator ?

Extremely professional, friendly, and helpful staff. They really take a good care of their customers. We enjoyed buying two ? and two child seats.
They have a nice selection of various types of bicycles for different needs and they will help you to buy the right one that suits you and help you adjust/customize it to your size and wishes. Also, there is a very good selection of additional bike products, such as helmets, keychains, child seats, bike parts, etc., So one can finish all the bike related shopping in one place.
At the end very pleasant experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an issue with a pedal not coming out. Went to 2 bike shops, only recommendation was to change the crankset. Saw SATOR bike near me so I said I should try them out. AWESOME! They jumped out immediately to check my bike, fixed it in no time and did not charge me! Very polite and friendly! I will for sure bring my bikes for service there, as I saw also many people leaving with a smile on their face from this shop, that can only be good :) Totally recommend the place, customer oriented and true professionals! Keep up the good work, guys! Cheers!
