Zwei Mal haben uns Pflegerinnen kurzfristig abgesagt,in einem Fall 20 Minuten vor dem vereinbarten Wechsel, sodass die Familie einspringen musste,da die pflegebedürftige Person ansonsten auf sich alleine gestellt gewesen wäre. Organization disastrous! Two times nurses canceled us at short notice, in one case 20 minutes before the agreed change, so that the family had to step in, as the person in need of care would otherwise have been on their own.

Wir haben zuerst die stundenweise Version genutzt, und jetzt drit 2 Jahren Vollzeit... Vllt nicht die aller billigste Variante aber wir fühlen uns sehr gut. Man kann es ja auch nur probieren, weil ohne testen sollte man eh nicht seine Familie wo "rein stecken" xD We wanted a German-speaking care assistant for our grandma and also through the company controls or constant care because we didn't know everything ... We first used the hourly version, and now for the third time full-time for 2 years ... Maybe not the cheapest option but we feel very good. You can only try it, because without testing you shouldn't "put your family in" xD anyway

Die Situation ist rein emotional nicht immer einfach und darauf habt ihr besonders Rücksicht genommen. Nach knapp 2 Monaten Erfahrung kann ich also schon mit bestem Gewissen meine Empfehlung abgeben. After almost 2 months of experience, I can give my recommendation with a clear conscience. Professional, understanding and the price-performance ratio quite acceptable.

Es ist alles transparent angeführt und man wird nicht im Nachhinein durch dubiose extra Kosten über den Tisch gezogen. Zu Beginn der Beratung nehmen sich die Mitarbeiter wirklich Zeit sich den Krankheitszustand anzusehen, in unserem Fall von meinem Vater, und suchen anschließend eine Pflegekraft aus. Dann haben Sie ohne jegliche Frist die Zusammenarbeit mit uns gekündigt, sodass meine Mutter innerhalb von MINUTEN OHNE Betreuung dastand! Ausserdem verlangt das Unternehmen von den Klienten Vorabzahlungen, die NICHT den allgemeinen Richtlinien der WKO entsprechen. Hands off this company! The mediator is aggressive towards the client. She motivated a new nurse to leave right away! Then you terminated your cooperation with us without any notice, so that my mother was there WITHOUT any care within MINUTES!
