Great handling. We spontaneously decided to take a bike tour. For the whole day it was € 25 for a city e-bike. Nice employee. I can only recommend it.

Wir können den Verleih sehr empfehlen! In June 2020 we spontaneously borrowed 4 e-bikes. The process was extremely straightforward and the e-bikes on offer were in good condition. We can highly recommend the rental!

Die neuen Räder werden regelmäßig gewartet und sind hochwertig. Bis zu 100 km, oder 1200 Hm, Zillergrund, Stillup oder Zillertalhoehenstrasse sind moeglich. Great bike rental in Mayrhofen. Ein Bike hatte eine 8 im Hinterrad und bei dem anderen Bike war das Hinterrad eher ein Ei. Zudem war bei dem einem Bike die Gangschaltung schlecht eingestellt, sodass die Gänge immer von alleine hin und her sprangen. Bei der Rückgabe der Bikes haben wir die Mängel angesprochen. Jedoch schien das keinen zu Interessieren. Had lent us two e-bikes. These were in poor condition. One bike had an 8 in the rear wheel and on the other bike the rear wheel was more of an egg. In addition, the gearshift on one bike was poorly set so that the gears always jumped back and forth on their own. When we returned the bikes, we addressed the defects. However, nobody seemed to care.

Wir hatten uns zwei E-bike‘s ausgeliehen, sind einmal zurück gefahren um zu tauschen aber der Tausch war nicht befriedigend. Ein Stern dafür das wir mit 20€ und einem Radler entschädigt wurden. Not recommended, bicycles are ready for scrap and not roadworthy. We had borrowed two e-bikes, went back once to swap, but the swap was not satisfactory. A star for that we were compensated with 20 € and a cyclist.
E	Elaine Kunz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schade, leider kein Fahrradverleih, den ich weiterempfehlen würde. Ausgeliehen wurden zwei E-Bikes. Mehr als knappe und halbherzige Einführung in die Räder. Man hatte leider das Gefühl, dass andere Dinge, wie z.B. das Tankstellengeschäft wichtiger sind. 1 E-Bike völlig hinüber, Gangschaltung defekt und eine 8 im Rad. Haben das Rad dann zurückgebracht. Beschwerde wurde nicht richtig angenommen. „Dann nehmt das Mountainbike“, war die Aussage. Gesagt, getan - leider auch unbefriedigend. Hinterachse ausgeschlagen - haben dann die Räder wieder zurückgebracht, für das Geld, normales E-Citybike 30€ pro Tag und E-Mountainbike 40€ pro Tag, mehr als unbefriedigend. Laut Aussage eines Angestellten ist hier bewusst, dass die Räder „nach“ der Saison hinüber sind. Während der Saison werden sie nicht gewartet. Na danke dafür. Haben daraufhin hinterfragt, ob wir aufgrund der unbefriedigten, kaum erbrachten Leistung einen Preisnachlass erhalten können. Der Angestellte meinte, preislich könnte er nichts machen, lud uns aber auf einen Radler ein. Nach zirka 5 Minuten kam der Chef scheinbar wieder und drückte uns 20€ als Entschädigung in die Hand und entschuldigte sich - dafür die zwei Sterne. Schade, landschaftlich schön gelegen. We then asked whether we could receive a price reduction due to the unsatisfied, barely rendered service. The employee said he couldn't do anything about the price, but invited us for a bike ride. After about 5 minutes the boss apparently came back and gave us € 20 as compensation and apologized - the two stars for that. It's a shame, in a scenic location.
S	Simon Buck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Männer mieten sich fully eBikes: Die Bikes waren entgegen den sehr schlechten Bewertungen nicht komplett schrottreif, wiesen jedoch einige Mängel auf (1x Bremsen komplett ohne Belag, 1x Schaltgetriebe durch, 1x Hinterreifen nicht festgeschraubt, 1x Schaltgriffe locker) Service war ebenfalls nicht der freundlichste. Da die Tour jedoch irgendwie funktioniert hat: 2 Sterne Men rent fully eBikes: Contrary to the very bad reviews, the bikes were not completely ready for scrap, but they did have a few defects (1x brakes completely without pads, 1x manual transmission failed, 1x rear tire not screwed down, 1x shifter loose) Service wasn't the friendliest either. However, since the tour somehow worked: 2 stars

Avoid them!!! No claims book, swearing when you ask for it. No receipt without asking! No money return. When the conflict went too bad they started to scream at us and speak in german bad thinks about our nationality!!
