Beim Snowboard haben sich allerdings über den Tag hinweg immer die vier Schrauben der Bindung zum Board gelöst. Das war unschön und nicht ganz ungefährlich. Leider ist die Bedienung auf die Beschwerde/Hinweis überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Daher zwei Sterne Abzug. Borrowed skis, ski boots and a snowboard for 4 days. Overall, we were actually satisfied. With snowboarding, however, the four screws that bind the board have always loosened throughout the day. That was unsightly and not entirely harmless. Unfortunately, the service did not respond to the complaint / notice at all. Hence two stars deduction.

Nachdem ich aus dem Urlaub zurück war entschied ich mich für eines der Modelle und nach kurzem Telefonat konnte mir ein gebrauchtes Paar zu einem Top Preis angeboten werden. Lieferung und Abwicklung gingen schnell und unkompliziert. Freue mich darauf sie zu fahren. Vielen Dank. Tested on the Finkenberg skis. The friendly staff recommended different models and I was able to try out several models. After I was back from vacation I decided on one of the models and after a short phone call I was offered a used pair at a great price. Delivery and processing went quickly and easily. Looking forward to driving them. Thank you very much.

Noch nach Ladenschluss wurde das Rad so gut es ging auf Vordermann gebracht, damit wir unsere Reise auch gleich fortsetzen konnten. Geld wurde für die relativ kurze Reparatur nicht verlangt, der Herr im Geschäft war außerdem sehr freundlich. We broke down on a multi-day bike tour. Even after the shop had closed, the bike was spruced up as well as possible so that we could continue our journey straight away. No money was asked for the relatively short repair, and the man in the shop was also very friendly.
